«Համախմբում» շարժումը Արցախի միջազգային ճանաչման հարցով համաժողով է կազմակերպում. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

Մինչ Արցախը շարունակում է մնալ շրջափակման մեջ, իսկ Հայաստանի իշխանությունները հետևողականորեն առաջ են քաշում «խաղաղության պայմանագրի» և Արցախի՝ Ադրբեջանի հետ «ինտեգրման» օրակարգը, Արցախի Հանրապետության միջազգային ճանաչման խնդիրը փորձում են օրակարգում պահել այլ հասարակական ու քաղաքական միավորներ:

Ի մասնավորի, «Համախմբում» շարժումը մոտ մեկ տասնյակ այլ կառույցների հետ միասին («5165» շարժում, «ԱՐԱՐ» հիմնադրամ, «Թեքեյան» մշակութային միություն, «Ջենեսիս Արմենիա» հիմնադրամ, Այլընտրանքային նախագծեր խումբ, «Կոնցեպտուալ հարթակ», «Ազգային արժեք ակումբ», Քաղաքագետների հայկական ասոցիացիա) և Մայր Աթոռ Սուրբ Էջմիածնի օրհնությամբ փետրվարի 24-ին և 25-ին կազմակերպելու է գիտագործնական համաժողով՝ «Արցախի Հանրապետության միջազգային ճանաչման հրամայականը» խորագրով՝ նվիրված Արցախյան շարժման 35-ամյակին։

«Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով, համաժողովի նպատակն է լինելու քննարկել Արցախի Հանրապետության միջազգային ճանաչման իրավական փաստարկները, դրան նպաստելու ուղիներն ու մեխանիզմները, հստակեցնել Արցախի Հանրապետության միջազգային ճանաչման հիմքում ընկած միջազգային իրավական դոկտրինը և վերհանել դրա քաղաքական հնարավորությունները։ Համաժողովը Հայաստանի, Արցախի, Սփյուռքի և միջազգային հանրության ուշադրությունն է հրավիրելու այն հանգամանքի վրա, որ թեև ՀՀ գործող իշխանությունները փաստացի ետ են կանգնել Արցախի ժողովրդի ինքնորոշման իրավունքի իրացման ուղեգծից, Արցախն արդեն կայացած պետություն է, և Արցախի ժողովրդի ինքնորոշման իրավունքը պետք է իրացվի հենց պետության միջազգային ճանաչման ձևով։

Գիտագործնական համաժողովի ընթացքում ելույթ են ունենալու մի շարք գիտնականներ, պետական, հասարակական և քաղաքական գործիչներ, այդ թվում՝ «Համախմբում» շարժման խորհրդի անդամ Ավետիք Չալաբյանը, ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախկին նախարար Վարդան Օսկանյանը, ՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների նախկին պաշտպան Արման Թաթոյանը, ՀՀ արդարադատության նախկին նախարար Գևորգ Դանիել յանը, սահմանադրագետ Վարդան Պողոսյանը, միջազգային իրավունքի մասնագետներ Արամ Օրբել յանը, Լևոն Գևորգյանը, պատմաբան, «Համախմբման» խորհրդի անդամ Մենուա Սողոմոնյանը և այլն:
