Վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը պատասխանել է Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևի մի շարք կեղծ պնդումներին, որոնք վերջինս արել է Մյունխենի անվտանգության համաժողովի շրջանակներում անցկացված պանելային քննարկման ժամանակ։

Ինչպես տեղեկացնում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, Մյունխենի միջազգային համաժողովի շրջանակներում տեղի ունեցած Հարավային Կովկասի անվտանգության թեմայով քննարկմանը, որին մասնակցում էին Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևը, Վրաստանի վարչապետ Իրակլի Ղարիբաշվիլին և ԵԱՀԿ գլխավոր քարտուղար Հելգա Շմիդտը, արձագանքելով Ալիևի հայտարարությանը, թե, իբր, «չկա Լեռնային Ղարաբաղ հասկացություն և Ադրբեջանում չկա նման վարչատարածքային միավոր», Փաշինյանը շեշտել է, որ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղ կա, և կա նաև Լաչինի միջանցք, որը պետք է բաց լինի 2020 թվականի նոյեմբերի 9-ի եռակողմ հայտարարարության համաձայն, իսկ այդ փաստաթղթի տակ ստորագրել է նաև Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևը։

«Այդ փաստաթղթի վրա դրված է Ադրբեջանի նախագահի ստորագրությունը։ Նաև այդ փաստաթղթում գրված է, որ Լաչինի միջանցքը պետք է բաց մնա և Ադրբեջանի վերահսկողությունից դուրս։ Գիտեք, վերջերս մի քանի հայ երեխաներ փորձել են ավտոբուսով անցնել Լաչինի միջանցքով, սակայն նրանց կանգնեցրել են, և ավտոբուս են մտել դիմակավորված մի քանի ադրբեջանցիներ։ Երեխաները վախեցած էին, և դա Լաչինի միջանցքով անցնելու հայերի վերջին փորձն էր»,- նշել է Փաշինյանը։

Փաշինյանը անհիմն է համարել Ալիևի այն հայտարարությունը, թե, իբր հայերը մզկիթներ են ավերել։

« 2017 թվականին Ադրբեջանում բազմաթիվ մզկիթներ են ավերվել, որպեսզի դրանց տեղում այլ շենքեր կառուցվեն։ Խորհրդային տարիներին Ադրբեջանում ավերվել է ավելի քան 1500 մզկիթ, և Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հայերը չպետք է վճարեն խորհրդային ժամանակների պարտքերը։ Սա շատ վտագնավոր նարատիվ է, որովհետև վախենամ Ադրբեջաը ցանկանում է կրոնական ենթատեքստ հաղորդել այս ամբողջ իրավիճակին։ Հակամարտության մեջ չկա կրոնական ենթատեքստ։ Հայաստանում ունենք մահմեդական փոքրամասնություն և գործող մզկիթ։ Սա է իրականությունը»,- ընդգծել է Փաշինյանը։

Վարչապետի խոսքով՝ Ադրբեջանի նախագահը իր ելությում օգտագործել է վիրավորական խոսույթ՝ ընդգծելով «կապիտուլյացիա» բառը։

«Տպավորություն է, թե Ադրբեջանը որդեգրել է ռևանշի քաղաքականությունը, և, միգուցե, դա է Ադրբեջանի քաղաքականությունը։ Նշվեց, որ մեր պատմությունը շատ բարդ է, և սա պատմական հանդիպում է, բայց ինչ նպատակով ենք մենք այն օգտագործում՝ ատելությո՞ւն, ագրեսիվ հռետորաբանության, թե՞ մենք ցանկանում ենք օգտագործել այս հարթակը իրավիճակը բարելավելու համար։ Կարծում ենք, որ պետք է օգտագործենք այս հարթակը կառուցողական նպատակների համար։ Հպարտ եմ, որ մեր Կառավարությունը նույնիսկ կործանարար պատերազմից հետո անցկացրեց ազատ և մրցակցային ընտրություններ։ Lուծումը ժողովորդավարությունն է, թափանցիկությունն է, երկխոսությունն է և հարգանքն է մեր տարածաշրջանի բոլոր երկրների հանդեպ»,- եզրափակել է Փաշինյանը։
