Ստեղծվել է հումանիտար անընդունելի ճգնաժամ և կարևոր է, որ այդ մասին բարձրաձայնեք. Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը հանդիպել է բարեգործական կազմակեպությունների ներկայացուցիչների հետ

Արցախի Հանրապետության պետական նախարար Ռուբեն Վարդանյանն առցանց հանդիպում է ունեցել  շուրջ 40 բարեգործական կազմակերպությունների ներկայացուցիչների հետ, որոնք շարունակվող շրջափակման պայմաններում աջակցություն են ցուցաբերում Արցախին: Հանդիպմանը մասնակցել են նաև պետնախարարի խորհրդական Արտակ Բեգլարյանն ու ԱՀ սոցիալական զարգացման և միգրացիայի նախարար Արմեն Մանգասարյանը:

Պետնախարար Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել բարեգործական կազմակերպությունների ներկայացուցիչներին՝ նրանց գործունեության և այս դժվարին իրավիճակում Արցախի  ու Արցախի ժողովրդի կողքին լինելու համար:

Նա ներկայացրել է իրավիճակն Արցախում՝ նշելով, որ ճգնաժամը չի արտահայտվում միայն սննդի կամ վառելիքի բացակայությամբ, այն խորքային ազդեցություն  է ունենում  հանրային կյանքի բոլոր ոլորտների վրա. «Շրջափակումը  խնդիրներ է առաջացրել ոչ միայն ամենօրյա կյանքում, այլև տնտեսության, կրթության, մշակույթի և այլ  ոլորտներում։ Մեր տնտեսությունն ամեն օր հսկայական վնասներ է կրում»:

Պետնախարարը  ներկայացրել է նախանշված կարեւոր վեց ուղղություններով կատարվող աշխատանքները՝ նկատելով, որ դրանցից առաջինի՝  Արցախի սուբյեկտայնության բարձրացման առումով կարևոր դեր ունեն նաև բարեգործական  կազմակերպությունները. «Ստեղծվել է հումանիտար անընդունելի ճգնաժամ, որը թույլ չի տալիս մարդկանց նորմալ և լիարժեք կյանք վարել։ Այդ իմաստով շատ կարևոր է, որ դուք ևս բարձրաձայնեք այդ մասին։ Կարևոր է ոչ միայն ձեր նյութական օգնությունը, այլև այն, որ ձեր ձայնը հնչի, խնդիրը ճիշտ ներկայացվի աշխարհին»:

Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը հանդիպման մասնակիցներին ներկայացրել է տարբեր՝ առողջապահության, սոցիալական, ենթակառուցվածքների ոլորտների ծրագրերն ու առաջնային անելիքները՝ կարևորելով հատկապես  թիրախային աջակցությունը:

Սոցիալական զարգացման և միգրացիայի նախարար Արմեն Մանգասարյանը բարեգործական կազմակերպությունների ներկայացուցիչներին մանրամասն տեղեկություններ է  ներկայացրել բարեգործական բեռների փոխադրման հետ կապված գործընթացների և  հասցված բեռի բաշխման մեխանիզմների մասին: Նախարարն  ընդգծել է, որ բարեգործական եղանակով ստացված բեռները բաշխվում են բացառապես անվճար՝ սոցիալապես անապահով խմբերին: Գործընթացներն իրականացվում են  թափանցիկ հիմունքներով, և այդ մասին հաշվետվությունները ներկայացվելու են բարեգործական կազմակերպություններին:

Նախարարը կարևորել է նաև բարեգործական կազմակերպությունների հետ արդյունավետ գործակցությունն ու մշտական կապը, որպեսզի  կազմակերպությունները տեղեկանան առկա կարիքների մասին և նրանց օժանդակությունն առավել թիրախային լինի:

Հանդիպման ընթացքում պետնախարար Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը, պետնախարարի խորհրդական Արտակ Բեգլարյանը և նախարար Արմեն Մանգասարյանը նաև պատասխանել են հանդիպման մասնակիցների բազմաթիվ հարցերին:
