Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը նոր հանձնարարականներ է տվել

Արցախի Հանրապետության պետական նախարար, Օպերատիվ շտաբի պետ Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի ղեկավարությամբ այսօր՝ փետրվարի 14-ին տեղի ունեցած շտաբի նիստում քննարկվել են մի շարք հրատապ հարցեր:

Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք Արցախի Հանրապետության կառավարությունից։

Ներկայացվել է  պարենային ապրանքների, դեղորայքի, վառելիքի, ինչպես նաև ենթակառուցվածքների ոլորտներում իրավիճակը:

«Արցախէներգո» ՓԲ ընկերության տնօրեն Անդրանիկ Խաչատրյանը նշել է, որ գազամատակարարման բացակայության և ցուրտ եղանակի պայմաններում էներգետիկ համակարգը չի դիմանում ծանրաբեռնվածությանը, ավելացել են վթարները, բաշխիչ ցանցը գտնվում է ծայրահեղ վիճակում: Պետնախարարը  հանձնարարել է իրավիճակի հետ կապված առաջարկներ ներկայացնել՝ պատասխանատու բոլոր կառույցների հետ քննարկելու և ստեղծված պայմաններում հնարավորինս արդյունավետ լուծումներ գտնելու համար:

Սոցիալական զարգացման և միգրացիայի նախարար Արմեն Մանգասարյանը ներկայացրել է շրջափակման հետևանքների մեղմմանն ուղղված աջակցության սոցիալական միջոցառումների ընթացքը՝ տեղեկացնելով, որ շահառուների դիմումների ներկայացման գործընթացը մեկնարկել է: Պետնախարարը հանձնարարել է  աջակցության միջոցառումների վերաբերյալ հանրային պատշաճ իրազեկում ապահովել, որպեսզի բոլոր շահառուները կարողանան ժամանակին ստանալ նախատեսված փոխհատուցումները: 

Արմեն Մանգասարյանը տեղեկացրել է նաև, որ ընթացքում են Արցախ հասած  բարեգործական որոշ բեռների բաշխման աշխատանքները: Բարեգործական եղանակով ստացված պարենային ապրանքները տրամադրվում են բացառապես անվճար՝  սոցիալապես անապահով խմբերին: Պետնախարար Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը կարևորել է գործընթացի առավելագույնս թափանցիկ իրականացումը՝ նշելով, որ այն պետք է պարզ և հասկանալի լինի ինչպես բեռն ուղարկած բարեգործական կազմակերպությունների, այնպես էլ  հասարակության համար: Նրա խոսքով՝ բնակչությունը պետք է պատշաճ իրազեկվի՝ ում և ինչ սկզբունքով  է հատկացվում բարեգործական բեռը, որպեսզի տուրք չտա տարբեր տեսակի ապատեղեկատվությանն ու շահարկումներին:

Նիստում անդրադարձ է եղել նաև գների վերահսկողության խնդրին: Տեղեկացվել է, որ հաստատվել է  «Ապրանքների շրջանառության, այդ թվում՝ իրացման գների ձևավորման և վերահսկողության  հատուկ կարգը», որով Պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեին, Պետական տեսչությունների կառավարման կոմիտեին, Հանրային ծառայությունները և տնտեսական մրցակցությունը կարգավորող պետական հանձնաժողովին, իսկ շրջաններում՝  վարչակազմերին գների վերահսկողության գործառույթներ են վերապահվում:  Պետնախարարը հանձնարարել է պատասխանատու մարմիններին շարունակել դիտանցումներն ու գնագոյացման ուսումնասիրությունների աշխատանքները, ինչպես նաև վերլուծել գնաճային հնարավոր դրսևորումների պատճառները:
