Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը առցանց հանդիպում է ունեցել հայաստանյան բուհերում սովորող արցախցի ուսանողների հետ

Արցախի Հանրապետության պետական նախարար Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը առցանց հանդիպում է ունեցել հայաստանյան բուհերում սովորող արցախցի ուսանողների հետ: Հանդիպմանը մասնակցել է նաև ԱՀ կրթության, գիտության, մշակույթի և սպորտի նախարարի պաշտոնակատար Հասմիկ Մինասյանը։

Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը նշել է, որ մի քանի պատճառով է նախաձեռնել այս հանդիպումը. « Ես համարում եմ, որ 21-րդ դարում կրթության ոլորտն է ամենամեծ փոփոխությունը բերելու, կրթությամբ է որոշվելու երկրի հաջողված լինելը։ Դրա համար առաջին հերթին պետք է հստակ գիտակցել, որ գիտելիքն ավելի կարևոր է, քան դիպլոմը»։

Պետնախարարը նշել է, որ շրջափակման այս իրավիճակում արցախցի ուսանողներն ակամա դարձել են Արցախի դեսպանները Հայաստանում և ցանկալի է, որ ավելի ակտիվ ներկայացնեն Արցախի շահերը, ավելի լսելի դարձնեն Արցախի ձայնը, իրենց ընկերների հետ ավելի շատ ներգրավված լինեն  Արցախին վերաբերող միջոցառումներում: Պետնախարարը կարևոր է համարել նաև Արցախից դուրս ստացած կրթությունն ու գիտելիքները ի նպաստ Արցախի օգտագործելը:

Նա անդրադարձել է նաև աշխատաշուկային համապատասխան մասնագիտության ընտրությանը և այս հարցում կարևոր է համարել պետական պատվերի ճիշտ ձևակերպումը․ «Այս ճգնաժամը ցույց տվեց, թե որքան է կարևոր գյուղատնտեսությունն Արցախի համար։ Մինչդեռ ձեզնից ընդամենը երեքն են Ագրարային համալսարանի ուսանող։ Սա չի արտացոլում աշխատանքի առաջարկն ու պահանջարկը: Պետք է կարողանանք գործընթացն այնպես կազմակերպել, որպեսզի կրթություն ստացած երիտասարդները պահանջված մասնագետներ դառնան»։

Նա նկատել է, որ հիմա, երբ հիբրիդային պատերազմ է ընթանում, յուրաքանչյուրն իր տեղում պետք է դառնա հայրենիքի զինվորը: «Մեր հայրենիքը շատ մեծ վտանգի առաջ է կանգնած, և մեր սիրո ու պատասխանատվության զգացումը հիմա շատ կարևոր է: Դա պետք է դրսևորվի ամենօրյա աշխատանքով: Դրա համար ուզում եմ հասկանաք, որ դուք մեզ շատ եք պետք որպես հաջողված, տաղանդավոր ուսանողներ, որոնց ամբողջ կյանքն առջևում է,-ասել է պետնախարարը: -Որպես մարդ, ով 17 տարեկանում գնացել է Մոսկվա սովորելու, ասեմ, որ այս զգացողությունը միանգամից չի գալիս: Դա գալիս է այն ժամանակ, երբ գիտակցում ես, թե ինչու ես աշխարհ եկել, ով ես դու, ինչպես ես մտածում քո ընտանիքի և քո երկրի մասին: Դա մեծ երջանկություն է, երբ քո մեջ զգում ես այդ սերն ու ուժը  հայրենիքի նկատմամբ: Երբ դա չունես, դա մեծ թուլություն է հենց քեզ համար, ոչ թե քո հայրենիքի համար: Ես հուսով եմ, որ ունենալու եք այդ զգացողությունը, որ դուք ոչ միայն հայ եք, այլ նաև արցախցի, և պարտավոր եք ամեն ինչ անել, որ Արցախը հաջողված, երջանիկ, հայկական լինի»:
