Կառավարությունը հաստատել է

ՀՀ կառավարության այսօրվա նիստում գործադիրը հավանության է արժանացրել պետական հանրակրթական ուսումնական հաստատությունների օրինակելի կանոնադրությունում փոփոխություններ կատարելու մասին նախագիծը:

Սահմանվել է, որ նոր խմբագրությամբ շարադրվող օրինակելի կանոնադրությունը կիրառելի է այն պետական հանրակրթական ուսումնական հաստատությունների համար, որոնցում տնօրենները նշանակվել են սույն որոշման ուժի մեջ մտնելուց հետո:
Համաձայն որոշման՝ ՀՀ կրթության, գիտության, մշակույթի և սպորտի նախարարը, մարզպետները, ինչպես նաև Երևանի քաղաքապետը (առաջարկությամբ)՝ ըստ ենթակայության, պետք է ապահովեն նշված պետական հանրակրթական ուսումնական հաստատությունների կանոնադրությունների փոփոխությունը՝ տնօրենի նշանակումից հետո մեկամսյա ժամկետում:

2021թ. մարտին ԱԺ-ի կողմից ընդունվել են «Հանրակրթության մասին» օրենքի փոփոխությունները, որով հանրակրթական ուսումնական հաստատությունների կառավարման համակարգի բարելավման ուղղությամբ գործադիր երկու մարմինների գործառույթները տարանջատվել են: Օրենքով սահմանված կարգով կառավարման համակարգում առավել ճկուն և արդիական մոտեցումներ են ներդրվել. մասնավորապես՝ երկու գործադիր մարմիններին՝ տնօրենին և վարչատնտեսական մասի համակարգողին, հնարավորություն է ընձեռվում իրենց լիազորությունների շրջանակում հաստատությունն արդյունավետ կառավարել, կրթական գործընթացի պատշաճ կազմակերպման շրջանակում համագործակցել, իրականացնել աշխատանքի բաշխում և վերահսկում: Բացի դրանից՝ հստակեցվել են պատասխանատվության շրջանակները:

Հանրակրթական ուսումնական հաստատությունների կանոնադրությունում կատարված կարգավորումների արդյունքում հաստատություններում կբարձրանա գործընթացի կազմակերպման արդյունավետությունը, ինչպես նաև հնարավորինս անխոչընդոտ կընթանա դպրոցի կառավարման, խորհրդակցական մարմինների, կրթական գործընթացի մասնակիցների գործառույթների իրականացումը:
Կհստակեցվեն նաև դպրոցին ամրացված գույքի և ֆինանսատնտեսական գործունեության, դպրոցի վերակազմակերպման և լուծարման հետ կապված իրավահարաբերությունները:
