Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատն ապահովել է 1000 հարկատուների գումարած վճարների մոտ 10 տոկոսը

Պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեն հրապարակել է 1000 խոշոր հարկատուների ցուցակը։ Անցած տարվա ընթացքում պետական բյուջե ընդհանուր առմամբ վճարվել է ավելի քան 1 տրիլիոն 490 միլիարդ 115 միլիոն դրամ։

Հարկային մարմին կատարած վճարումների գումարը կազմել է 1 տրիլիոն 185 միլիարդ դրամ, իսկ մաքսային մարմին կատարված վճարումների գումարը ավելի քան 304 միլիարդ դրամ։ Տարվա կտրվածքով Հայաստանի ամենամեծ հարկատուն Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատն է։

Ողջ տարվա ընթացքում այն վճարել է 144 միլիարդ դրամ հարկեր։ Նախորդ 2021 թվականի համեմատ կոմբինատը գրեթե եռապատկել է վճարած հարկերի չափը, ընդ որում, եթե նախորդ տարվա առաջին եռամսյակում ԶՊՄԿ-ն պետբյուջե է վճարել 35,4 միլիարդ դրամ, ապա երկրորդ եռամսյակում արդեն՝ 69 միլիարդ դրամով ավելի։ Երրորդ եռամսյակում վճարած գումարը 25 միլիարդ դրամ է։

Ամենացածրը չորրորդ եռամսյակն է՝ 15 միլիարդ դրամի կարգի, դա էլ սակայն բացատրվում է ինչպես սեզոնային խնդիրներով, այնպես էլ համաշխարհային շուկայում պղնձի և մոլիբդենի գների որոշակի նվազմամբ։ Այդուհանդերձ, փաստ է, որ Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատն ապահովել է 1000 հարկատուների գումարած վճարների մոտ 10 տոկոսը, ինչը նշանակում է, որ ԶՊՄԿ-ն հայկական տնտեսության լոկոմոտիվն է և միայն այդ կոմբինատն է, որը միլիարդներով եռանիշ ցուցանիշ է վճարել պետբյուջե։

Երկրորդ տեղում հայտնված «Գազպրոմ Արմենիան» ընդամենը 52 միլիարդ դրամ է վճարել, իսկ «Գրանդ Տոբակոն»՝ 45 միլիարդ դրամ։ Թերևս արդյունավետ կառավարման և ձեռնարկված լուրջ միջոցների՝ ինչպես նաև պետական վերահսկողության և աջակցության պայմաններում է, որ Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատն այսպիսի լրջագույն արդյունք է ցուցաբերել։

2021 թվականի ընթացքում ընկերությունը վճարել էր 48 միլիարդ դրամ, իսկ 2020 թվականին՝ 42 միլիարդ դրամ։

Այս հանգամանքը որոշ շրջնակների բնականաբար քուն և հանգիստ չի տալիս և բնավ էլ զարմանալի չէ, որ հենց երեկ ԶՊՄԿ-ի դիմաց բողոքի ակցիա էին անում որոշ նախկին աշխատակիցներ։
