Ամերիաբանկը հիփոթեքային շուկայի բացարձակ առաջատարն է 5-րդ տարին անընդմեջ

Հինգերորդ տարին անընդմեջ Ամերիաբանկը պահպանում է հիփոթեքային շուկայի բացարձակ առաջատարի դիրքերը: 2022-ի ընթացքում բանկի հիփոթեքային պորտֆելն  ավելացել է  մոտ 45 մլրդ դրամով կամ 32%-ով` հասնելով 186 մլրդ դրամի: 31.12.2022-ի դրությամբ Ամերիաբանկի մասնաբաժինը շուկայում հասնում է 22 %-ի: 

2022 թ.-ին Ամերիաբանկի միջոցով առաջնային շուկայից գնվել է 1,635 նորակառույց բնակարան: Հատկանշական է, որ հիփոթեքային վարկերի մոտ 30%-ը հաստատվել և տրամադրվել է օնլայն` Estate.ameriabank.am հարթակի միջոցով: 

«Ուրախ ենք փաստել, որ նախորդ տարի օրական մեկ ընտանիք ձեռք է բերել բնակարան մեր նոր հարթակի միջոցով: Սա մեզ անչափ ոգևորում է հարթակն էլ ավելի զարգացնելու ու դրա միջոցով նոր հնարավորություններ ստեղծելու, իհարկե, բարելավելու կյանքի որակը»,- ասում է Ամերիաբանկի Հիփոթեքային և ավտովարկավորման վարչության ղեկավար Գևորգ Մանուկյանը:

Ընդհանուր առմամբ 2022թ. ընթացքում հարթակում ստացվել է վարկունակության ստուգման ավելի քան 5,200 նախնական վարկային հայտ: 

2022-ի ընթացքում Ամերիաբանկը միջազգային առաջատար երեք ամսագրերի` Global Finance-ի, Euromoney-ի և The Banker-ի կողմից ճանաչվել է տարվա «Լավագույն բանկը» Հայաստանում: Այս առթիվ Բանկը մեկնարկել է «Եռակի լավագույնը» արշավը` «Լավագույն հնարավորությունը ստեղծում են մարդիկ» կարգախոսով: Այն նվիրված է վերջին տարիներին Բանկի ձեռքբերումների հետևում կանգնած բոլոր մարդկանց` հաճախորդներից ու գործընկերներից մինչև աշխատակիցներ:
