Արցախի նախկին պաշտոնյաներին «քսի» են տվել Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի դեմ

Արցախում պետնախարար Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի աշխատանքի արդյունավետությունն օրեցօր ավելանում է, ինչը վկայում է, որ նրա դեմ շուտով նոր և այլ լայնածավալ արշավ է սկսվելու, ընդ որում արցախյան որոշ շրջանակներ դրա համար արդեն իսկ նախադրյալներ ստեղծում են։

Նախկին պաշտոնյանները, որոնց իր նշանակումից հետո հեռացրել էր Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը, աստիճանաբար սկսում են հակաքարոզչություն իրականացնել Վարդանյանի դեմ՝ նրան հնարավոր բոլոր մեղքերի մեջ մեղադրելով։ Արցախի առողջապահության նախկին նախարար Միքայել Հայրիյանը, որը անցած տարվա նոյեմբերին է ազատվել իր պաշտոնից և ընդհանրապես չի էլ վերանշանակվել, ամիսներ շարունակ լուռ էր, որևէ ծպտուն չէր հանում, թերևս մտածում էր, որ պետնախարարը կարող է քրեական գործեր հարուցել իր դեմ։

Գաղտնիք չէ, որ 44-օրյա պատերազմից հետո Արցախի առողջապահական համակարգն առանձնապես էլ չի փայլել, իսկ խնդիրները բազմազան և բազմապիսի են եղել։ Այժմ, թերևս, որոշակի երաշխիքներ ստանալով, Հայրիյանը անցել է Ռուբեն Վարդանյանին վարքաբեկելու գործին։ Նա ֆեյսբուքում երկու գրառում է արել՝ առանց փաստերի, անհիմն և կեղծ մեղադրանքներ հասցեագրելով Ռուբեն Վարդանյանին, հայտարարել է, թե Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը իր դեմքով փորձում է ոմանց իշխանությունը վերադարձնելու անթաքույց փորձեր անել։

«Հաշվի առնելով ներպետական կյանքի կայունության և անխռով լինելու կարևորությունը՝ մեր ժողովուրդը երկու տարի մեծահոգաբար հանդուրժել է նրանց ոչ նրա համար, որ առաջին իսկ հարմար պահին կրկին տեղի ունենա պետությունն այս օրերին հասցրած իշխանության վերադարձ»,- գրում է Հայրիյանը՝ չնշելով, թե ովքեր են այդ անձինք և ովքեր են ցանկանում վերադառնալ իշխանության։

Հաջորդ գրառումն արդեն շատ ավելի պաթետիկ և անլուրջ է. «Արցախցիներն արժանապատիվ մարդիկ են, մի խաղացեք նրանց զգացմունքներով»,- գրում է Արցախի առաողջապահություն նախկին նախարարը՝ հայտարարելով, թե Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը ռուսական ծրագիր չէ, որովհետև ռուսական ծրագիրը չէր կարող ուղղված լինել Արցախը կործանելուն։

Որևէ փաստ չներկայացնելով առաողջապահություն նախկին նախարարը գրում է, թե Ռուբեն Վարդանյանն արցախի դեմ է տրամադրում մնացյալ աշխարհին։ Թերևս չարժե ընդհանրապես անդրադառնալ Հայրյանին և նրա նման մյուս ձախողված պաշտոնյաների մեղադրանքներին, այդ մարդիկ հստակ ուղորդվում են որոշ շրջանակների կողմից և չի բացառվում, որ հենց նույն Արայիկ Հարությունյանի կողմից, Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի աշախատանքը վարկաբեկելու, նրան ստեղծված ծանր պայմաններում արցախցիների աչքում նսեմացնելու և պաշտոնազրկելու համար։
