Հրդեհի հետեւանքով զոհված Հայկ Կիրակոսյանը սեպտեմբերյան ռազմական գործողությունների մասնակից էր

Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Ազատ գյուղում տեղակայված N զորամասի ինժեներասակրավորային վաշտի կացարանում բռնկված հրդեհի հետեւանքով զոհվել է շարքային զինծառայող Հայկ Կիրակոսյանը։ Տեղեկությունը NEWS.am-ին հայտնեց նրա հարազատներից՝ Մելինե Կիրակոսյանը։

19–ամյա Հայկը Արմավիրի մարզի Մեծամոր քաղաքից էր։ Նա ընտանիքի ավագ զավակն էր, քույր ու եղբայր ունի։ Հունվարի 24–ին կլրանար նրա ծառայության մեկ տարին։

Հայկը մասնակցել էր սեպտեմբերյան ռազմական գործողություններին։

Հայկի աճյունը դեռ չի փոխանցվել ծնողներին, նրանք պետք է ԴՆԹ հետազոտություն անեն։

Հիշեցնենք, որ հունվարի 19-ին՝ ժամը 01:30-ի սահմաններում, հրդեհ է բռնկվել Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Ազատ գյուղի տարածքում տեղակայված ՀՀ ՊՆ N զորամասի ինժեներասակրավորային վաշտի կացարանում: Հրդեհի հետեւանքով զոհվել է 15 զինծառայող, վիրավորում է ստացել 7 զինծառայող, նրանցից չորսը բուժօգնություն ստանալուց հետո դուրս է գրվել, 3–ը տեղափոխվել են Երեւան՝ Այրվածքաբանության ազգային կենտրոն։ Նրանցից երկուսի վիճակը գնահատվում է ծանր։

Դեպքից անմիջապես հետո պաշտոններից ազատվել են 2-րդ բանակային կորպուսի հրամանատարը եւ եւս 7 բարձրաստիճան զինվորականներ։ Վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը կառավարության նիստում ասել է, որ սպան բենզին է լցրել վառարանի վրա, ինչից հետո, երբ կրակն իրեն է անցել, «ինքնապաշտպանական բնազդով» բենզինի 5 լիտրանոց տարան նետել է կացարանի ուղղությամբ, ինչն էլ հրդեհի պատճառ է դարձել։

Հրդեհի դեպքի առնչությամբ նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ՝ ՀՀ ՔՕ 532-րդ հոդվածի 4-րդ մասով (զենքի, ռազմամթերքի, ռազմական տեխնիկայի կամ ռազմական այլ գույքի, շրջապատի համար առավել վտանգ ներկայացնող նյութերի, սարքերի կամ առարկաների հետ վարվելու կանոնները խախտելը, որն անզգուշությամբ առաջացրել է երկու եւ ավելի անձի մահ)։
