ՀՀ ՊՆ N զորամասում բռնկված հրդեհի ողբերգական հետևանքը քաղաքական պատասխանատվության տիրույթում է․ «5165 շարժում»

«5165 շարժում»-ը հայտարարություն է տարածել՝ կապված 15 ժամկետային զինծառայողների մահվան հետ։

Հայտարարությունը՝ ստորև․ 

«Մեր խորն ու անկեղծ ցավակցությունն ենք հայտնում հունվարի 18-ի գիշերը ՀՀ ՊՆ N զորամասում բռնկված հրդեհից զոհված 15 ժամկետային զինծառայողների ընտանիքներին ու հարազատներին, ինչպես նաև ողջ հայ ժողովրդին։ Շուտափույթ առողջացում ենք մաղթում վիրավոր զինծառայողներին։

Ամենայն պատասխանատվությամբ հայտարարում ենք, որ զորամասում բռնկված հրդեհի ողբերգական հետևանքը քաղաքական պատասխանատվության տիրույթում է։ Այն առաջին հերթին ոչ թե անփութության երևույթին է վերաբերվում, այլ բանակի համար անհրաժեշտ զորանոցային պայմանների չապահովմանը։ Գործ ունենք անվտանգության ձախողման հերթական դրսևորման հետ, ինչը ողբերգական ելք ունեցավ։

Դատապարտում ենք Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի կողմից խնդիրը հակահրդեհային անվտանգության կանոնների չկատարման շեշտադրմամբ հասարակությանը մատուցելու և իր, Սուրեն Պապիկյանի ու քաղաքականապես պատասխանատու այլ անձանց պատասխանատվությունից կանխամտածված կերպով շեղելու գործելակերպը, ինչն արտահայտվեց ՀՀ կառավարության՝ այսօրվա նիստում տեղի ունեցած ելույթների ու մտքերի փոխանակման ժամանակ։ Այս ողբերգությունը վկայում է, որ բանակի պատշաճ ապահովումը կա՛մ առաջնահերթություն չէ Հայաստանի բարձրագույն ղեկավարության համար, կա՛մ բարձրագույն ղեկավարությունը չի տիրապետում իրավիճակին, չի իրականացնում վերահսկողության անհրաժեշտ գործառույթներ։ Երկու դեպքում էլ պատասխանատվությունը քաղաքական է, և գտնում ենք, որ Կառավարության նիստում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հերթական անգամ պատասխանատվությունը գցեց իր ու իր մերձավորների ուսերից՝ իրավապահ մարմիններին ուղղակի կամ անուղղակի համապատասխան ուղղորդումներ տալով։

Ելնելով վերոնշյալից՝ հայտարարում ենք, որ ոչ մարտական պայմաններում, գործող իշխանությունների սխալ, հակազգային առաջնահերթություններից և հանցավոր անգործությունից բխող այս ողբերգական դեպքը Հայաստանի անվտանգության ձախողման հերթական ցուցիչն է, որ ՀՀ բարձրագույն ղեկավարությունը այս դեպքի առթիվ պետք է կրի պատասխանատվություն, ինչի ամենամեղմ դրսևորումը կարող է լինել Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի, Սուրեն Պապիկյանի և բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնատար այլ անձանց հրաժարականները։
