Պարտավոր ենք պատրաստ լինել բոլոր հնարավոր զարգացումներին. Արցախի պետնախարար

Արցախի Հանրապետության պետական նախարար, օպերատիվ շտաբի պետ Ռուբեն Վարդանյանն այսօր ընդլայնված խորհրդակցություն է հրավիրել՝ պետական մարմինների ղեկավար կազմի մասնակցությամբ:

Ներկայացնելով Ադրբեջանի կողմից Արցախի շրջափակման հետևանքով ստեղծված ընթացիկ իրավիճակը՝ Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը նշել է, որ ձմռան այս օրերին Ադրբեջանը փաստացի խոչընդոտում է Հայաստանից էներգամատակարմանը: 

«Իրավիճակը բարդ է, և ցանկանում եմ շնորհակալություն հայտնել մեր հասարակությանը, որը դիմանում է բոլոր դժվարություններին: Բազմաթիվ խնդիրներ ունենք թե՛ պարենի, թե՛ դեղորայքի հետ կապված։ Վերջին երկու օրերին գումարվեց նաև էլեկտրաէներգիայի խնդիրը: Ադրբեջանը ոչ միայն չի թողնում սննդամթերք, դեղորայք բերել, այլ խոչընդոտում է մասնագետների այցը վթարի վայր՝ էլեկտրաէներգիայի մատակարարումը վերականգնելու համար»,-նշել է պետնախարարը՝ կարևորելով ներքին ռեսուրսների խնայողական օգատագործումը:

Իրավիճակը բարդ է նաև մասնավոր հատվածում, քանի որ շրջափակման հետ կապված  տնտեսությունը ևս ճգնաժամի մեջ է հայտնվել, բազմաթիվ մարդիկ կորցնում են աշխատանքը:

Պետնախարարի գնահատմամբ՝  Ադրբեջանի քաղաքականությունը հստակ է՝ ճնշումների միջոցով հասնել Արցախի հայթափմանը: «Բայց մենք պայքարում ենք մեր հայրենիքում, մեր հողի վրա ապրելու իրավունքի համար: Ու շատ ոգևորիչ է, որ  մեր ժողովուրդն ընդունում է  այս  մոտեցումը: Բայց դա մեզնից, որպես ղեկավարներ, պահանջում է ժողովրդի հետ ազնիվ ու անկեղծ լինել, հասկանալ իրավիճակի ողջ լրջությունը»:

Պետնախարարը ներկայացրել է նորանշանակ նախարարներին՝ Արցախի Հանրապետության արտաքին գործերի նախարար Սերգեյ Ղազարյանին, արդարադատության նախարար Սրբուհի Արզումանյանին,  սոցիալական զարգացման և միգրացիայի նախարար Արմեն Մանգասարյանին և  վերանշանակված՝ քաղաքաշինության նախարար Արամ Սարգսյանին.  «Չեմ ուզում շնորհավորել  նորանշանակ նախարարներին, այլ ուզում եմ շնորհակալություն հայտնել՝ այս չափազանց բարդ իրավիճակում պատասխանատվություն ստանձնելու համար»:

Պետնախարարը նշել է, որ կառավարությունն օգտագործում է բոլոր գործիքները՝ դիվանագիտական, իրավական, տեղեկատվական և շարունակում է ամեն ջանք գործադրել՝  ճանապարհը բացելու համար, բայց միաժամանակ նկատել է, որ որպես կառավարություն, պարտավոր են պատրաստ լինել բոլոր հնարավոր զարգացումներին:

Նա ուշադրություն է հրավիրել այն հանգամանքին, որ շրջափակումն էապես փոխում է մարդկանց կենսակերպը՝ պարտադրելով խնայողություններ ու սահմանափակումներ, և  բնակչության կյանքը չի կարող լինել այնպես, ինչպես սովորական պայմաններում: Պետնախարարը կարևորել է բնակչության շրջանում իրազեկման  և բացատրական աշխատանքների իրականացումը և պաշտոնյաների, օպերատիվ շտաբի անդամների անմիջական հանդիպումներն ու շփումները մարդկանց հետ:
