Արևն աշխատում է մեզ համար

Grani21.ru-ն գրում է, որ Ռուսաստանում ամբողջ ցիկլով արևային մարտկոցների արտադրության միակ գործարանում՝ Նովոչեբոկսարսկի «Հևել»-ում, վերջերս ավարտվել է արտադրության արդիականացման չորրորդ փուլը՝ արևային բջիջների արդյունավետությունը բարձրացվել է և արտադրանքի հոսքագիծն է թարմացվել։

«Հևել»-ի ժամանակակից արտադրանքի շարքը ներառում է մի քանի ձևաչափի արևային մարտկոցներ, բջիջների շղթաներ, 60, 66, 72 բջիջներով արևային մոդուլներ և 144 կիսաբջիջներով մոդուլներ: Գործարանն ամբողջությամբ անցել է երկկողմանի արևային մոդուլների արտադրությանը, որոնք թույլ են տալիս լույսի արտացոլման միջոցով արտադրել մինչև 30% ավելի շատ էլեկտրաէներգիա։

Կայանը անցել է նաև ֆոտովոլտային բջիջների ընդլայնված ձևաչափի, ինչը հնարավորություն է տվել մեկ բջջի արդյունավետությունը 23,5%-ից հասցնել 24,5%-ի, իսկ 144 կիսաբջիջներից բաղկացած մոդուլի հզորությունը մինչև 450 վտ-ի։ Իր հերթին, բարձր արդյունավետությունը հնարավորություն է տալիս նվազեցնել ծախսերը ոչ միայն բուն արտադրանքի արտադրության, այլ նաև նվազեցնելով շինանյութերի, օժանդակ սարքավորումների և հողատարածքի ծավալը արևային էլեկտրակայանների կառուցման համար:

«Հոսքագծի արդիականացման ընթացքում յուրացվել են նաև արտադրական նոր տեխնոլոգիաներ։ Ներդրվել է խցերի ֆոտո-կռման տեխնոլոգիական փուլը, անցում է կատարվել բջիջների հավաքման կպչուն տեխնոլոգիայից զոդման միջոցով հավաքման։ Այդ մեթոդը հնարավորություն է տվել ազատվել թանկարժեք բաղադրիչներից: Որպես հիմնական տեխնոլոգիական սարքավորումների մաս, հայտնվել է ռուսական արտադրության ավտոմատացման գիծ, ​​որը մշակվել էր Սանկտ Պետերբուրգում ընկերության գիտատեխնիկական կենտրոնի կողմից», — ասել է «Հևել» ՍՊԸ-ի տնօրեն Զոյա Սանջիևան:

Նշենք, որ 2017 թվականից գործարանն արտադրում է արևային մոդուլներ օգտագործելով հետերկկառուցվածքային տեխնոլոգիա։ Նրանք տարբերվում են իրենց շատ անալոգներից բարձր արդյունավետությամբ և ցածր ջերմաստիճանի գործակցով, որի շնորհիվ հետերկկառուցվածքային մոդուլները արդյունավետ աշխատում են բարձր և ցածր ջերմաստիճաններում, ինչը զգալիորեն ընդլայնում է դրանց կիրառման աշխարհագրությունը:
2019 թվականի հունիսին գործարանն ավարտել էր արտադրական օբյեկտների արդիականացման երկրորդ փուլը՝ արևային մոդուլների տարեկան թողարկումը 160-ից հասցնելով 260 ՄՎտ-ի, և սկսել էր 72 մարտկոցանի երկդիմաց արևային մոդուլների արտադրությունը։

2020 թվականին կայանի արտադրական հզորությունն ավելացել է մինչև տարեկան 340 ՄՎտ արևային մոդուլների։ Եվ միևնույն ժամանակ, «Հևել»-ն անցել է էներգիայի վերականգնվող աղբյուրների 100%-անոց օգտագործմանը, այսինքն այսօր արևային մարտկոցների և մոդուլների արտադրության համար անհրաժեշտ ամբողջ էլեկտրաէներգիան արտադրվում է մաքուր էներգիայի աղբյուրներից։
