Ստեփանակերտի օդանավակայանը պատրաստ է ընդունել ինքնաթիռներ. Ռուբեն Վարդանյան

Արցախի պետնախարար Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը շաբաթներ առաջ բարձրացրել էր Ստեփանակերտի օդանավակայանի գործարկման հարցը՝ դիմելով միջազգային կառույցներին օդային ճանապարհով հումանիտար օգնություն Արցախ հասցնելու վերաբերյալ։

Այս առաջարկը թեև բավականին ուշագրավ և կարևոր էր թե՛ քաղաքական և թե՛ հումանիտար առումով, այդուհանդերձ լուրջ ուշադրության չարժանացավ ո՛չ հայաստանյան քաղաքական ուժերի և իշխանությունների, ո՛չ էլ արցախյան իշխանությունների կողմից։

Պատճառը թերևս խանդն էր, որ առաջարկը հնչեցրել են ոչ թե իրենք, այլ Արցախի պետնախարար Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը։ Ի վերջո երեկ Արցախի Ազգային ժողովի նախագահ Արթուր Թովմասյանն է տարածել ԱԺ կոչը քաղաքակիրթ աշխարհին՝ մասնավորապես Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահող երկրներին՝ հորդորելով կոնկրետ գործողություններ կիրառել միջանցքի բացման կամ օդային կամրջի՝ Ստեփանակերտի օդանավակայանի գործարկման ուղղությամբ, ինչը թույլ կտա ձմեռային ժամանակաշրջանում փոքր ինչ կանխելու Արցախում առկա հումանիտար տագնապալի ճգնաժամը։

Այն որ որոշ ժամանակ կորսվել է, կարիք չկա կրկին փաստելու, բայց թե՛ Արցախի և թե՛ Հայաստանի քաղաքական ուժերն ու կազմակերպությունները միահամուռ լծվեն այս հարցը տիրաժավորելուն միջազգային կառույցներին և գերտեությունների հորդորելուն, իսկապես հնարավոր կլինի սայլը տեղից շարժել։ Արցախի պետնախարար Ռուբեն Վարդանյանն ինքն էլ հայտարարել է, թե՝ «հումանիտար օդային միջանցքի գործարկումը միակ որոշումն է, որը կտրուկ կփոխի իրավիճակը»։ Նրա խոսքով՝ «Ստեփանակերտի օդանավակայանը պատրաստ է ընդունել ինքնաթիռներ, ոչ թե ամենամեծ չափերի, բայց միջին չափերի ինքնաթիռներ։ «Ուղղակի սա ավելի շատ քաղաքական հարց է և իհարկե ճնշումը միջազգային կազմակերպությունների, Եվրոպայի և Ամերիկայի պետությունների կողմից շատ կարևոր կլիներ, որովհետև այս իրավիճակում միակ լուծումը, որը կարող է կայունություն և վստահություն ապահովել, որ մենք ունենալու ենք ձմեռային ամիսներին նորմալ պայմաններում ապրելու հնարավորություն, դա օդային կամրջի բացելու հնարավորությունն է»,- ասել է պետնախարարը։

Թերևս նա չի քննադատել իր « գործընկերներին» խնդիրն այսքան ժամանակ չբարձրաձայնելու և օրեր կորցնելու համար, այլ ընդհակառակը, փորձում է ուժերի ներածին չափով աջակցել Արցախում հումանիտար ճգնաժամը կանխելու գործողություններին։
