Մենք այս բարդ ճանապարհը պետք է անցնենք միասին. Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը հանդիպումներ Է ունեցել տնտեսվարող սուբյեկտների, հանրային սննդի օբյեկտների սեփականատերերի հետ

Արցախի Հանրապետության պետական նախարար Ռուբեն Վարդանյանն հանդիպումներ Է ունեցել մեծածախ և մանրածախ առևտրով զբաղվող տնտեսվարող սուբյեկտների, ինչպես նաև ռեստորանների և հանրային սննդի օբյեկտների սեփականատերերի և ներկայացուցիչների հետ՝ լսելու  նրանց խնդիրները, քննարկելու ստեղծված ճգնաժամային իրավիճակում որոշակի կարգավորումների ներդրման հնարավորությունները:

Պետնախարարը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել տնտեսվարողներին՝  նրանց ըմբռնման և արժանապատիվ վարքագծի համար՝ նկատելով, որ  ապրանքների սղության պայմաններում Արցախում գնաճային դրսևորումներ չեն նկատվել:

«Գիտեմ, որ աշխատում եք բարդ պայմաններում և ստիպված եք տարբեր հարցերի լուծումներ գտնել: Ակնկալում եմ լսել ձեր կարծիքները, առաջարկները, որոնք մեզ կօգնեն ավելի ճիշտ որոշումներ կայացնել: Առանց չափազանցության պետք է ասեմ, որ մենք  բավականին ծանր վիճակում ենք: Բայց մենք՝ իշխանությունը և ժողովուրդը,  այս  ճանապարհը պետք է անցնենք միասին: Այն հաղթահարելու ուրիշ տարբերակ չկա: Սրա համար շատ կարևոր է փոխըմբռնումը, փոխադարձ հարգանքը և թափանցիկ աշխատանքը, որպեսզի ձեզ մոտ անարդարության զգացողություն չլինի: Սա  մեզ համար սկզբունքային մոտեցում է»,-նշել է պետնախարարը:

Նա ընդգծել է, որ կառավարությունը բաց է լսելու ցանկացած կարծիք և առաջարկ, քննարկելու, շտկելու սխալները և  միասին  գտնելու այն լուծումները, որոնք այս իրողություններում ամենաօպտիմալն են լինելու:

Հանդիպման մասնակիցներն իրենց հերթին  նշել են, որ շատ լավ են հասկանում իրավիճակը և պատրաստ են ամեն կերպ աջակցել կառավարությանը:

Հանրային սննդի օբյեկտների ներկայացուցիչների հետ հանդիպմանը քննարկվել են որոշ սահմանափակումների կիրառման հնարավորությունները: Նշվել է, որ սննդամթերքի սղության, էլեկտրաէներգիայի խնայողությունների պայմաններում բազմամարդ  միջոցառումների և հանդիսությունների անցկացման հետ կապված որոշակի սահմանափակումների կիրառման անհրաժեշտություն է առաջացել:

Հանդիպման մասնակիցները վստահեցրել են, որ  շատ լավ  հասկանում են  ստեղծված իրավիճակը և գիտակցում են, որ սահմանափակումները պայմանավորված են օբյեկտիվ  իրողությամբ:  Մասնակիցներից ոմանք  անգամ տեղեկացրել են, որ, ելնելով իրավիճակից, արդեն  իսկ սեփական նախաձեռնությամբ նման որոշումներ են կայացրել: Նրանք ներկայացրել են նաև իրենց առաջարկները՝ ընդգծելով, որ  պատրաստ են  աշխատել կառավարության հետ՝ դժվարությունները համատեղ հաղթահարելու  համար:
