Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը հանդիպել է ծնողների հետ, որոնց երեխաները շրջափակման հետևանքով մնացել են Հայաստանում

Արցախի Հանրապետության պետական նախարար Ռուբեն Վարդանյանն այսօր հանդիպում է ունեցել արցախցի այն ծնողների հետ, որոնց երեխաներն Ադրբեջանի կողմից Արցախի շրջափակման հետևանքով ստիպված են մնալ Հայաստանում:

Պետնախարարը նշել է, որ հարցը քննարկվել է և՛ Անվտանգության խորհրդի նիստում, և՛ քաղաքական տարբեր ուժերի հետ։ «Որպես հայր հասկանում եմ ձեր ապրումները, ձեր մտահոգություններն ու անհանգստությունները: Մյուս կողմից ուզում եմ հավաստիացնել, որ ամեն ինչ անելու ենք, որպեսզի երեխաներն այնտեղ ապահովված լինեն ու նորմալ կենսապայմաններ ունենան»,-նշել է Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը:

Հիմնականում Հայաստանում են գտնվում մշակութային և մարզական միջոցառումներին մասնակցելու մեկնած երեխաները: Բայց կան նաև տարբեր դեպքեր, երբ ծնողներն են մնացել Հայաստանում, իսկ մանկահասակ երեխաները՝ Արցախում:

Պետնախարարը նշել է, որ պետք է պատրաստ լինել նրան, որ այս իրավիճակը կարող է նաև երկարաժամկետ լինել: Նա լսել է ծնողներին, նրանց առաջարկները, մտահոգությունները: Ծնողները հիմնականում բարձրացրել են երեխաների ուսման, կեցության կազմակերպմանը վերաբերող հարցեր: Նրանք միաժամանակ նկատել են, որ թեև շատ դժվար է բաժանումը, բայց գոնե հանգիստ են այնքանով, որ երեխաները գտնվում են ապահով վայրում: Նաև շնորհակալություն են հայտնել բոլոր այն կազմակերպություններին և անհատներին, ովքեր իրենց աջակցությունն են ցուցաբերում Հայաստանում մնացած երեխաներին:

Պետնախարարը ծնողներին առաջարկել է ներկայացնել երեխաների կարիքների հետ կապված բոլոր պահանջները՝ Հայաստանում դրանց ապահովումը կազմակերպելու համար:
