Ռուբեն Վարդանյանն օպերատիվ շտաբի անդամների մասնակցությամբ հրավիրել է ընդլայնված խորհրդակցություն

Արցախի Հանրապետության պետական նախարար, օպերատիվ շտաբի պետ Ռուբեն Վարդանյանն  այսօր օպերատիվ շտաբի անդամների մասնակցությամբ հրավիրել է ընդլայնված խորհրդակցություն:

Պետնախարարը նշել է, որ չնայած գազամատակարարման վերականգնմանը, Հայաստանը Արցախին կապող միակ ճանապարհը Ադրբեջանը շարունակում է փակ պահել: «Սա նշանակում է, որ մենք շարունակում ենք գտնվել շրջափակման մեջ ու  պետք է սովորենք   այս իրավիճակում առանց խուճապի ապրել։ Դրա համար, չեմ դադարում ասել, մենք պետք է լինենք առավելագույնս կազմակերպված ու կարգապահ։ Այս առիթը պետք է օգտագործել հանրային համերաշխության, իրար սատար կանգնելու համար: Սա նաև լավ հնարավորություն է, որպեսզի զգանք թե ինչ հնարավորություն ունենք համակարգային մոտեցումների ներդրման շնորհիվ  բացթողումները  շտկելու համար»,-ընդգծել է Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը

Պետնախարը  նշել է, որ անհրաժեշտ է առավելագույնս կազմակերպված գործել և հրատապ արձագանքել բնակչության առաջնահերթ կարիքներին:

Քննարկվել է  պարենային ապրանքների և դեղորայքի  շուկաներում ներկա իրավիճակը։  Պետնախարարը հանձնարարել է իրավասու մարմիններին շարունակել շուկայի  դիտարկումները  և  արձագանքել  անհիմն գնաճի դրսևորումներին։

Ներկայացվել է նաև հանրապետությունում  դրամաշրջանառության և  մասնավորապես, կանխիկ  գումարի ծավալի հետ կապված իրավիճակը։ Այս համատեքստում կարևորվել է անկանխիկ գործարքների ակտիվացման անհրաժեշտությունը։ Պետնախարսրը պատասխանատուներին  հանձնարարել է  հանգամանալից ուսումնասիրել խնդիրը և լուծումներ առաջարկել։

Անդրադարձ է եղել նաև շրջափակման հետևանքով  վերադառնալ չկարողացող աշխատակիցների բացակայության խնդրին։  Նշվել է, որ  համապատասխան կարգավորումներ պետք է կատարվեն` իրավիճակով պայմանավորված   բացակայությունները հարգելի համարելու համար։

Խորհրդակցության ընթացքում ներկայացվել  են նաև էլեկտրաէներգիայի մատակարարման ընթացիկ վիճակը և համակարգի բնականոն գործունեությանն ուղղված գործողությունները։ Խորհրդակցության մյուս մասնակիցները ևս զեկուցել են իրենց պատասխանատվության ոլորտներում տիրող ընթացիկ իրավիճակի մասին։
