Լաչինի միջանցքի փակումն ու արևային էներգիայի անհրաժեշտությունը Արցախի համար

Լաչինի միջանցքը ինչ-որ պահի կբացվի։ Արցախի ժողովուրդը կրկին կանցնի իր սովորական կյանքին, կունենա լույս, ջերմություն, կստանա անհրաժեշտ դեղամիջոցները, թե ի՞նչ գնով ՝ այլ հարց է։ Խնդիրն այստեղ փորձենք դիտարկել էներգետիկայի առումով։ Ըստ էության, գազամատակարարման դադարեցման պայմաններում, երբ Արցախը տոտալ անցել է էներգիայի և վառելիքի խիստ տնտեսման ռեժիմի, ակնհայտ է դառնում մի բան, որ պետք է Արցախում դիֆերսիֆիկացնել էներգիայի աղբյուրները։

Այն, որ ընդամենը մի քանի օր ճանապարհը փակելու հետևանքով արցախցիները հայտնվել են ցրտի և մթության պայմաններում վկայում է, որ Արցախում անհրաժեշտ է արմատական լուծումներ փնտրել։ Իհարկե, նոր ատոմակայան կառուցելը ֆանտաստիկայի ժանրից է, նման բան գրեթե անհանար է իրականացնել Արցախում, փոխարենը Արցախում կարելի է բավականին լուրջ ներդրումներ իրականացնել և արևային էլեկտրակայաններ կառուցել, ընդ որում, հաշվի առնելով բնության լանդշաֆտը և առկա ռեսուրսները, կարելի է ոչ թե մեծ էլեկտրակայաններ կառուցել, այլ ընդհակառակը, արևային վահանակներ տեղադրել Արցախում գտնվող առանձնատների, պետական հաստատությունների և բոլոր այլ հնարավոր շինությունների վրա, ինչը թույլ կտա Արցախին նաև արևային էներգիայից աղբյուրներից ստացված էլեկտրաէներգիայի պահպանման համար պահեստարաններ կառուցել, ինչը թույլ կտա Արցախին գրեթե ինքնավար և ինքնաբավ ռեժիմ ստեղծել ՝ թույլ տալով ֆորսմաժորային իրավիճակներում, որ արցախցիները կարողանան ավելի հեշտ անցկացնեն բարդ վիճակները։

Արևային էներգիան կենսական անհրաժեշտություն է նաև Հայաստանի Հանրապետության համար, իսկ Արցախի համար այն գրեթե դարձել է լրջագույն հնարավորություն, ուստի և պետք է թե՛ Հայաստանի իշխանությունները և թե՛ Արցախի կառավարությունը՝ պետնախարար Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի գլխավորությամբ, լուրջ ջանքեր գործադրեն Արցախում արևային էներգիայի զարգացման ուղղությամբ։ Վստահաբար, առնվազն այս առումով, Արցախի իշխանությունները հասկանում են դրա կարևորությունը։

Նշենք, որ Արցախում արևային վահանակներ արտադրող որևէ ընկերություն չկա, իսկ Հայաստանում ընդամենը մեկն է՝ «Սոլարոնը», սակայն միայն թեկուզ նրա հենքի վրա հնարավոր է մեծ արտադրություն հիմնել և կարճ ժամանակում Արցախը ապահովել էներգիայով։
