«Ձախողվում են մեր հիմնադրամի բժիշկների բոլոր փորձերը՝ դեղեր հասցնել հանրապետություն, այնտեղից դուրս բերել տարեց հիվանդներին և ապահովել բժիշկների մուտքն Արցախի տարածք». Տատյանա Հովհաննիսյան

«ՎԻՎԱ, Բժիշկներ և Կամավորներ՝ Հայաստանին» բարեգործական հասարակական միավորման նախագահ Տատյանա Հովհաննիսյանի հայտարարությունը.

«Այն հայտարարությունը, թե իբր ադրբեջանական կողմը պատրաստ է «բավարարել Արցախի տարածքում գտնվող բոլոր հայ բնակիչների հումանիտար կարիքները», այս պահին չի համապատասխանում իրականությանը:

Հազարավոր մարդկանց, այդ թվում՝ երեխաների և, նույնիսկ, մարդասիրական առաքելությունների համար «կյանքի ճանապարհը» մնում է արգելափակված: 

Այս պահին կարող եմ ամենայն վստահությամբ հայտնել, որ ձախողվում են մեր հիմնադրամի բժիշկների բոլոր փորձերը՝ դեղեր հասցնել հանրապետություն, այնտեղից դուրս բերել տարեց հիվանդներին և ապահովել բժիշկների մուտքն Արցախի տարածք: Ըստ մեր տեղեկությունների, չնայած ադրբեջանական կողմի հավաստիացումներին, դեռևս ոչ մի բժշկական նշանակության ավտոմեքենա չի կարողացել այդ միջանցքով հասնել Ստեփանակերտ։ Արցախի հիվանդանոցներում բժիշկների օգնությանն են սպասում հիվանդները, այդ թվում՝ երեխաները, տարեցները և ֆիզիկական սահմանփակումներ ունեցող անձինք, որոնցից շատերը գտնվում են առողջական ծանր վիճակում: Հանրապետական հիվանդանոցի գլխավոր բժիշկը՝ Մհեր Մուսայելյանը, ում հետ մենք գտնվում ենք մշտապես կապի մեջ, հայտնում է մի քանի հիվանդների մասին, որոնց կյանքին վտանգ կսպառնա, եթե համապատասխան բուժում ստանալու համար նրանք անհապաղ չտեղափոխվեն Երևան:

Մեր հիմնադրամի, ինչպես նաև Արցախի տարածքում գործող մի շարք այլ կազմակերպությունների հովանավորության տակ են գտնվում անապահով ընտանիքներ, ծնողազուրկ երեխաներ, հիվանդանոցներ և բոլոր նրանք, ովքեր այսօր օգնության կարիք ունեն, և դրանք այն հազարավոր մարդկանց շարքում են, ովքեր ներկայումս հայտնվել են պատանդի կարգավիճակում: Մենք ողջ աշխարհի բժշկական հանրությանը, միջազգային բժշկական կազմակերպություններին և բարեգործական հիմնադրամներին կոչ ենք անում անհապաղ արձագանքել և օգնել՝ դուրս գալ այս իրավիճակից, քանի դեռ այս մարդասիրական աղետը չի վերածվել խաղաղ բնակչության ցեղասպանությանը։

Հուսով ենք, որ մեր խոսքը լսելի կլինի, և մենք կկարողանանք շարունակել մեր աշխատանքը՝ օգնելու Արցախի ժողովրդին»:

«ՎԻՎԱ, Բժիշկներ և Կամավորներ՝ Հայաստանին» բարեգործական հասարակական միավորումը ստեղծվել է 2016թ.ապրիլի 7-ին։ Գործունեության հիմնական նպատակն է Հայաստանի և Արցախի Հանրապետությանների հիվանդանոցներին օգնություն տրամադրել բժշկական սարքավորումներով, դեղամիջոցներով, նյութերով, գործիքներով և այլ միջոցներով համալրելու հարցում։ 2017թ. հունիսից ի վեր հիմնադրամը Հայաստանում գրանցված է որպես ՀԿ։ Աշխատանքի թափանցիկությունն ու հրապարակայնությունը «ՎԻՎԱ»-ի կարևոր սկզբունքներից են։
