«Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմպինատ»-ը միշտ առաջատար (լուսանկարներ)

Հայաստանի տնտեսական  ոլորտին մէջ կարեւորագոյն դեր կ՚իրականացնէ «Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատ»ի (ԶՊՄԿ) հիմնարկութիւնը։ Ընկերութիւնը, որ երկար տարիներու աւանդոյթ ունի կը համարուի առաջատար Հայաստանի Հանրապետութեան մեծագոյն հարկատուն հանդիսանալու առընթեր, այլ նաեւ ընկերային- մարդասիրական ծրագիրներ իրականացնելու տեսակէտէ։

 Այս առումով ալ եւ կարեւոր համարելով այս կազմակերպութեան տարած կոթողային աշխատանքը «Արեւելք» հերթաբար լրատուական-վերլուծական նիւթերով պիտի փորձէ կազմակերպութեան լուրերը տարածել նաեւ արեւմտահայերէնով ընթերցող մեր ընթերցողներու շրջանակներուն մօտ։ 

Նորանոր յաջողութիւններ կը մաղթենք հայրենաշէն այս կազմակերպութեան եւ ստորեւ մեր ընթերցողներուն հետ կը կիսենք Հայաստանի գլխաւոր հարկատուին մասին վերջերս հրապարակուած տեղեկութիւնները։ 

EconoMood-ը գծագրական ցուցակի տեսքով ներկայացուցած է վերջին 5 տարիներուն «Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատ»ի (ԶՊՄԿ) կողմէ ՀՀ պետական պիւտճէ վճարուած հարկերու ծաւալը:

ԶՊՄԿ-ի կողմէ հարկերու վճարման ամենաբարձր քանակը արձանագրուած է 2022-ի երկրորդ եռամսեակին՝ կազմելով 69 միլիառ 329 միլիոն ՀՀ դրամ: Ընթացիկ տարուան յունուար-սեպտեմբերի դրութեամբ՝ ընկերութեան կողմէ վճարուած հարկերու ընդհանուր ծաւալը կազմած է 129 միլիառ 163 միլիոն ՀՀ դրամ:

Նշենք, որ ներկայիս ԶՊՄԿ-ին մէջ Հայաստանի կառավարութիւնն ունի 21.875% բաժնեմաս։ 2021-ի 30 սեպտեմբերին, ՀՀ կառավարութիւնը ընկերութենէն որպէս նուիրատւութիւն 15% բաժնեմաս ստացած է, այնուհետեւ 2022-ի 24 մարտին՝ եւս 6.8%:

Նոյն ծիրէն ներս մնալով օրերս ուշագրաւ յայտարարութիւններ կատարած է «Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատ»ի (ԶՊՄԿ) գլխաւոր տնօրէնի առաջին տեղակալ՝ Վարդան Ջհանեան։

 

Ջհանեան, որ այս թեմայով խօսած է հայրենի «Թերթ.ամ» կայքին մասնաւորապէս նկատել տուած է, թէ   «ԶՊՄԿ-ն այս տարի աւելի շատ հարկ կը վճարէ, քան 2001 թուականին ՀՀ ամբողջ հաւաքագրուած հարկերն էին։ Այս տարուան երրորդ եռամսեակին աննախադէպ ցուցանիշ գրանցած ենք՝ մօտ 129 միլիառ դրամի հարկային մուտք պետական պիւտճէ, 300 տոկոսով աւելի, քան անցեալ տարուան նոյն ժամանակահատուածին։ Ընկերութիւնը այս տարուան արդիւնքով կրնայ ապահովել պետական պիւտճէէն վճարուող աշխատավարձերու ամբողջ չափը։ Այս արդիւնքին հասած ենք երկու գործօնի շնորհիւ՝ համաշխարհային շուկային մէջ մետաղներու գիներու աճ 2021-ին եւ այս տարուան առաջին եռամսեակին։ Երկրորդ գործօնը ընդամէնը մէկ տարի առաջ նշանակուած նոր ղեկավարութեան աշխատանքն է, որ քայլեր կ'ընէ արդիւնաւէտութիւնը բարձրացնելու համար։ Բնականաբար անոր շնորհիւ կ'աճի շահոյթը եւ վճարւող հարկերը։ Բժիշկը, ուսուցիչը, սպան իր աշխատավարձի աճէն կրնայ զգալ ընկերութեան աւելի արդիւնաւէտ աշխատանքը»,- նշած է Ջհանեան։

Դիտարկման, թէ արդեօք վտանգաւոր չէ Սիւնիքի մէջ ներդրումներ կատարելը, ԶՊՄԿ-ի գլխաւոր տնօրէնի առաջին տեղակալն արձագանգած է, որ վտանգաւոր է, սակայն այդ զիրենք չի կաշկանդեր։ Ընդհակառակը նոր ներդրումներով կը նուազեցնեն վտանգի գործօնը, կը նպաստեն Սիւնիքի պաշտպանունակութեան ամրապնդման։ Օրինակ՝ 2021-ին պետական պիւտճէէն պաշտպանութեան ուղղուած ծախսերը 319 միլիառ դրամ եղած են, ԶՊՄԿ-ն փաստացի որպէս հարկ ապահոված է անոր կէսէն աւելին։
