Արցախում ոչ մեկ չի պատրաստվում դժվարությունների առաջ ընկրկել. Ռուբեն Վարդանյան

Արցախի Հանրապետության պետական նախարար Ռուբեն Վարդանյանն այսօր ընդլայնված կազմով խորհրդակցություն է հրավիրել՝ հանրապետական գործադիր մարմինների ղեկավար կազմի, Ստեփանակերտի քաղաքապետի և վարչական շրջանների ղեկավարների մասնակցությամբ: Այս մասին հայտնում են ԱՀ պետական նախարարի աշխատակազմի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից։ 

Ներկայացնելով Ադրբեջանի կողմից Հայաստանի հետ կապող ճանապարհի արգելափակման հետևանքով ստեղծված իրավիճակը՝ պետնախարարը նշել է, որ այն բավականին բարդ է, սակայն միաժամանակ վստահություն է հայտնել, որ առկա խնդիրները հնարավոր է լուծել կազմակերպված ու համակարգված աշխատանքի միջոցով: «Ստեղծված բարդ իրավիճակը մեզնից համախմբում է պահանջում. միակ ճանապարհը միասնությունն է: Միայն միասին թիկունք թիկունքի կանգնելով է հնարավոր այս ճգնաժամը հաղթահարել»,- ասել է Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը:

Պետնախարարն ընդգծել է, որ չնայած առկա բարդ մարտահրավերներին, չպետք է խուճապի մատնվել և պետք է շարունակել աշխատել համակարգված և պատասխանատու կերպով ՝ յուրաքանչյուրն իր տեղում կատարելով իր գործը: Նա նշել է, որ արցախցիներն արժանապատվորեն են տանում դժվարությունները՝ ցուցաբերելով տոկունություն և ողջախոհություն՝ առանց խուճապային տրամադրությունների տրվելու: Այս տեսանկյունից պետնախարարը կարևոր է համարել իրավիճակի վերաբերյալ օպերատիվ տեղեկատվության տրամադրումը բնակչությանը:

Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը նշել է, որ թեև Արցախում մեծ է մարդասիրական ճգնաժամի վտանգը, սակայն ոչ ոք չի պատրաստվում ընկրկել դժվարությունների առաջ:
Խորհրդակցության ընթացքում պետական գերատեսչությունների, վարչակազմերի ղեկավարները ներկայացրել են ճանապարհի փակման հետևանքով շրջաններում ստեղծված իրավիճակն ու առկա խնդիրները:
