«Ապրելու երկրի» լուրջ հայտը 

Հայաստանյան քաղաքական առանձնահատկություններից մեկը լճացված լինելն է. չկան նոր տեխնոլոգիաներ, նորարարական մոտեցումներ, ստանդարտից դուրս գործողություններ։ Այս ֆոնին կարծես մի նոր քաղաքական ուժ է թափ հավաքում, որը նոր մարտավարությամբ է սկսել իր քաղաքական պայքարը։

«Ապրելու երկիր» կուսակցությունը նորաստեղծ քաղաքական ուժ է, բայց հասցրել է մասնակցել ՏԻՄ երեք ընտրությունների, տպավորիչ արդյունքներ գրանցել, մի շարք համայնքներում էլ հաղթանակ տանել գործող իշխանությունների նկատմամբ։ 

Կուսակցությունը լուրջ հաղթանակներ է տարել Լոռու մարզի Ալավերդի, Տավուշի մարզի Նոյեմբերյան համայնքներում, Տաթևում, լայն ներկայացվածոություն ապահովել Դիլիջանում, Մեղրիում, Տեղում, Գյուլագարակ, Լոռու Բերդ, Չարենցավան և այլ համայնքների ավագանու կազմում։ 

Արմավիրի Փարաքար համայնքում էլ «Ապրելու երկիրը» ստացել էր 48․94 տոկոս քվե, և միայն վարչախմբի ապօրինությունների պատճառով նոր ընտրություններ են կայանալու։ Կասկած չկա, որ կուսակցությունը կրկին շոշափելի արդյունքներ կգրանցի Փարաքարում։ 

Ըստ էության, կուսակցությունը ընտրություններով հաղթում է ՔՊ֊ին քայլ առ քայլ, ի տարբերություն փողոցում անարդյունք պայքարողների։

Հայաստանում տասնամյակներով գործող կուսակցությունների կողքին բարդ է նորաստեղծ ուժով նման արդյունքներ ցուցաբերելը, և «Ապրելու երկրի» քաղաքական հայտը տպավորիչ է։ Հատկապես, այն համայնքներում, որտեղ «Ապրելու երկիրը» հաղթանակ է տարել և ձևավորել իշխանություն, աշխատանքի արդյունքներն արդեն զգացնել են տալիս։

Կուսակցությունը կառավարման նոր որակ է ներմուծել, կոնցեպտուալ և ուշագրավ մոդելներ ներդրել, որոնց ուսանելի են անգամ գործող իշխանությունների համար։ Նոյեմբերյանում, օրինակ, արմատապես վերափոխվելու է քաղաքի կենտրոնը, սահմանամերձ բնակավայրի բնակիչները նոր զբոսավայր կունենան, որը և աչք կշոյի, և հնարավորություն կտա մարդկանց ավելի հաճելի ժամանակ անցկացնել քաղաքի կենտրոնում։ 

Հայաստանյան քաղաքական իրականության մեջ եզակի դեպք է, երբ ընդդիմադիր ուժը հաղթելով` սեփական կառավարման մոդելն է ներդնում, և այս որակի քաղաքական հայտը լուրջ կռվան է հետագայի համար։ 

Առաջիկայում նոր զարգացումներ են սպասվում, տարբեր մակարդակների ընտրություններ, կարելի է փաստել, որ «Ապրելու երկիր» կուսակցությունը հիմնական քաղաքական դերակատարներից մեկն է լինելու։
