Մանե Թանդիլյանը ամենաշատ հիշատակվող կին լիդերն է Հայաստանում

Հայաստանյան քաղաքական դաշտում կանանց առավել լայն ներգրավվածությունը վաղուց անհրաժեշտություն է դարձել։ Հատկապես փոթորկուն ժամանակաշրջաններում կանանց լիդերությունը կարող է փրկօղակ լինել. կանայք որոշումներ կայացնելիս ագրեսիվ չեն, առավել «տնարար» և խնայող են միջոցների բաշխման հարցում, խնդիրներին առավել նուրբ են մոտենում որպես կանոն։

Ի՞նչ վիճակ է այդ առումով Հայաստանում։

Լրատվամիջոցներից մեկը օրերս հարցում է անցկացրել երևանցիների շրջանում՝ պարզելու, թե որ կին քաղաքական գործչին են ավելի շատ համակրում։ Հայտնի բազմաթիվ անուններից մեր համաքաղաքացիներն ամենաշատը տվել են «Ապրելու երկիր» կուսակցության նախագահ Մանե Թանդիլյանի անունը։ Հիշեցնենք, տեղեկություններ կան, որ հենց Թանդիլյանն է գլխավորելու «Ապրելու երկիր» կուսակցության ընտրական ցուցակը Երևանի քաղաքապետի առաջիկա ընտրություններում։

Հարցման մասնակիցների զգալի մասը դեմ չի արտահայտվել, որ Երևանը կին ղեկավար ունենա։ Ավելին, հարցված տղամարդկանց մեծ մասը հակված է եղել վստահելու հենց կին թեկնածուին։ Սա խոսում է հասարակական կարծրատիպերի վերացման մասին, ինչը զգալիորեն կարող է փոխել առաջիկա քաղաքական «մարտերի» որակը։

Փաստենք, որ անշրջելիորեն հայ հասարակության մեջ շոշափելի փոփոխություններ են տեղի ունեցել այս առումով, եթե նախկինում մեր հանրությունն ավելի պահպանողական էր այս հարցում՝ նախապատվությունը տալով հիմնականում արական սեռի ներկայացուցիչներին, ապա այսօր առաջին տեղում ոչ թե քաղաքական գործչի սեռն է, այլ պատրաստվածությունը, կառավարչական հմտությունները, որևէ ոլորտ կամ համայնք ղեկավարելու ընդունակությունը։

Այս առումով, թերևս, առաջիկայում հետաքրքիր զարգացումներ են սպասվում։
