Խաղաղության հաստատման հնարավորությունը միայն մեր ուժի և համախմբվածության մեջ է․ Ռուբեն Վարդանյան

«Միայն կարգապահ ու կազմակերպված աշխատանքով է հնարավոր դիմակայել Արցախի առջև ծառացած մարտահրավերներին»։ Արցախի պետնախարար Ռուբեն Վարդանյանն այդ մասին ասել է երեկ Ասկերանի շրջանի վարչակազմում ունեցած աշխատանքային խորհրդակցության ընթացքում, ուր ժամանել էր ծանոթանալու հրատապ խնդիրներին։

Խոսելով անվտանգության խնդիրների մասին՝ պետնախարարը նշել է, թե՝ «Խաղաղության հաստատման հնարավորությունը միայն մեր ուժի և համախմբվածության մեջ է: Ոչ մի պայմանագիր չի կարող  լուծել այդ հարցը, քանի որ ունենք հարևան պետություն, որը չի ուզում, որ մենք այստեղ ապրենք: Մենք պետք է դառնանք ուժեղ, համախմբված, որպեսզի իրենք չկարողանան հարցը լուծել մեզ համար անընդունելի եղանակով: Մենք պետք է շարունակենք մեր պայքարը բոլոր ուղղություններով՝ դիվանագիտական, ռազմական, քաղաքական, տեղեկատվական»,-ասել է Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը։

Չի շրջանցվել նաև Գորիս-Ստեփանակերտ ճանապարհի փակման միջադեպի հարցը, պետնախարարը նշել է, թե մենք նման սադրանքների պետք է պատրաստ լինենք, դրա դեմ  պետք է պայքարենք բոլոր միջոցներով: «Այս իրականությունը մեզնից բոլորովին այլ մոտեցումներ է պահանջում՝ թե՛ խնդիրների ախտորոշման, թե՛ որոշումների կայացման, թե՛ ընդհանուր գործելաոճի հարցում: Մենք շատ լուրջ վտանգներ և մարտահրավերներ ունենք, բայց ես վստահ եմ, որ մենք դրանք հաղթահարելու ենք: Մեր պայքարը շարունակվում է մեր հողի վրա ապրելու իրավունքի, մեր երեխաների ապագայի համար: Եվ սա ողջ հայության պայքարն է»,- արձանագրել է Արցախի պետնախարարը։

Վերջինիս այս արձանագրումները կարելի իրավիճակի հստակ ախտորոշում համարել, պաթետիկ և վերամբարձ բառերի փոխարեն պետնախարարը կարգապահության և կազմակերպված աշխատանքի կոչ է անում, ավելին, նա հենց ինքն էլ վարչակազմի ղեկավարների հետ ամենօրյա ռեժիմով խորհրդակցությունների մեխանիզմ է ներդրել, որը հնարավորություն է տալիս անձամբ լսել իրավիճակի, հրատապ խնդիրների մասին։ Ահա այսպես ողջամիտ, պրագմատիկ լուծումներով է հնարավոր բեկել իրավիճակը Արցախում, հնարավորություն ստեղծել Արցախցում գոյատևելու, զարգանալու և դիմագրավելու բոլոր մարտահրավերներին։

Հենց սա է տարբեր ճառասացների տարբերությունը Արցախի գործող պետնախարարից և վերջինս արդեն իր աշխատանքի կարճատև ընթացքում լրջագույն փոփոխությունների հիմքն է դրել, որոնց հետագա զարգացումը կարող է փոխել իրավիճակը։
