Աշտարակում թափառող շները հարձակվել են ու վնասվածքներ պատճառել տարեց կնոջը

Shamshyan.com-ը գրում է․ Այսօր՝ նոյեմբերի 30-ին, արտակարգ դեպք է տեղի ունեցել Արագածոտնի մարզում։ Ժամը 12։25-ի սահմաններում «Աշտարակ» ԲԿ-ից ոստիկանության Աշտարակի բաժին ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ «զույգ վերին և ստորին վերջույթների, դեմքի շրջանի շան կծած, պատռած-ջնջխած վերքեր» ախտորոշմամբ իրենց մոտ է տեղափոխվել մեծահասակ կին։
 
 
Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, հիվանդանոց են մեկնել ոստիկանության Աշտարակի բաժնի հերթապահ խումբը՝ համայնքային ոստիկանության բաժանմունքի ավագ տեսուչ Անդրեասյանի գլխավորությամբ։
 
 
Ոստիկանները պարզել են, որ վիրավորը Աշտարակ քաղաքի բնակիչ՝ 87-ամյա Սիլվարդ Ս-ն է։ Մինչ բժիշկները օգնություն էին ցուցաբերում կնոջը, Աշտարակի ոստիկանները պարզել են, որ ժամը 11։30-ի սահմաններում Աշտարակ քաղաքի Սուրբ Սարգիս փողոցում թափառող շները հարձակվել են Սիլվարդ Ս-ի վրա՝ պատճառելով նրան նշված մարմնական վնասվածքները։
 
 
Ֆոտոլրագրողի տեղեկություններով՝ շների հարձակումը տարեց կնոջ վրա կանխվել է Աշտարակ քաղաքում բնակվող մի երիտասարդ տղայի շնորհիվ, ում անունը Միքայել է, և մինչ շտապօգնության ժամանումը, Միքայելը նաև օգնություն է ցուցաբերել անօգնական կնոջը։
 
 
 
Աշտարակ քաղաքում վերջին տարիներին քաղաքապետ Թովմաս Շահվերդյանի ակտիվ գործունեության շնորհիվ դրական փոփոխություններ կան, դա անհերքելի փաստ է։ Աշտարակում լուծվել է աղբահանության խնդիրը, ավելացել են կանաչ տարածքներն ու խաղահրապարակները, արտաքին լուսավորությամբ չի զիջում մայրաքաղաքին, սակայն թափառող շների դեմ պայքարում, չգիտես ինչու, Աշտարակի քաղաքապետարանը «կաղում է»։
 
 
Այս դեպքը պետք է ազդակ լինի ոչ միայն Աշտարակի քաղաքապետին, այլ նաև Արագածոտնի մարզպետին, հակառակ դեպքում թափառող շները մի իսկական պատուհաս են դարձել բնակիչների համար։  Իսկ Աշտարակ քաղաքում թափառող շների պակաս չկա։
