Փաշինյանը հերթական անգամ հրաժարվում է իր հայտարարած սկզբունքներից. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

Ինչպես հայտնի է, ԲԴԽ կողմից Մնացական Մարտիրոսյանին Հակակոռուպցիոն դատարանի դատավոր ընտրելը բավական մեծ աղմուկ էր բարձրացրել, իսկ, այսպես կոչված, «սորոսական» մի շարք կազմակերպություններ դիմել են ՀՀ նախագահ Վահագն Խաչատուրյանին, որ չհաստատի Մարտիրոսյանի թեկնածությունը: Գոնե երեկվա դրությամբ նախագահը համապատասխան հրամանագիրը չէր ստորագրել:

«Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով, նա բավականին ծանր կացության մեջ է այս օրերին, ինչպես ասում են՝ հայտնվել է ոչ թե երկու, այլ մի քանի քարի արանքում. մի կողմից՝ Մացոն՝ Մնացական Մարտիրոսյանը ժամանակին «նստեցրել» է իր «զինակից» ընկերներին, մյուս կողմից՝ առկա է հանրային ճնշում, բայց և վերջապես կա Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի գործոնը, որն ամեն կերպ ցանկանում է Մարտիրոսյանին տեսնել Հակակոռուպցիոն դատարանի դատավորի պատմուճանով: Սա առավել արտառոց է, քանի որ ժամանակին նույն Փաշինյանն էր ասում, թե «Մարդու իրավունքների եվրոպական դատարանի որոշումներով հաստատված՝ քաղաքացիների իրավունքների կոպիտ խախտումներով դատավճիռների հեղինակ բոլոր դատավորները պետք է հրաժարական տան, հեռանան կամ հեռացվեն պաշտոններից»:

Փաստացի, ինչպես մյուս դեպքերում, այս պարագայում էլ Փաշինյանը հրաժարվում է իր հայտարարած սկզբունքներից՝ հանուն ինչ-ինչ շահերի, որոնք կապված են իշխանությունը պահելու և մեկ անձի դիկտատ հաստատելու հետ: Թե ինչ «պայմանավորվածություն» է կայացել ժամանակին իրեն ու իր ընկերներին դատած դատավորի ու Փաշինյանի միջև, դժվար է ասել: Սակայն հետաքրքիր է, որ, ըստ առկա տեղեկությունների, Մնացականյանի լոբբինգով ակտիվ զբաղվում է ԱԱԾ տնօրենի տեղակալ Անդրանիկ Սիմոնյանը:
