ԱԳՆ-ի արձագանքը՝ Ալիևի հայտարարությանը

 

Հայաստանի արտաքին գործերի նախարարությունն արձագանքել է Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևի հայտարարությանը, թե դեկտեմբերի 7-ին Բրյուսելում Հայաստանի վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հետ նախատեսված հանդիպումը չի կայանա, քանի որ հայկական կողմը հանդիպմանը համաձայն է պայմանով, որ դրան մասնակցի նաև Ֆրանսիայի նախագահը:

Ադրբեջանի նախագահի հայտարարության, ինչպես նաև խաղաղության պայմանագրի վերաբերյալ հայկական կողմի՝ Ադրբեջանին ներկայացված առաջարկների մասին «Արմենպրես»-ի հարցերին է պատասխանել ՀՀ ԱԳՆ մամուլի քարտուղար Վահան Հունանյանը.

Հարց. Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևը հայտարարել է, որ Բրյուսելում դեկտեմբերի 7-ին նախատեսվող հանդիպումը տեղի չի ունենա ձևաչափի վերաբերյալ հայկական կողմի դիրքորոշման պատճառով: Ինչպե՞ս կմեկնաբանեք դա:

Պատասխան. Ցանկանում ենք հիշեցնել, որ նախորդ հանդիպումը Պրահայում, որտեղ հենց ձեռք է բերվել հանդիպումները շարունակելու պայմանավորվածություն, տեղի է ունեցել քառակողմ ձևաչափում, և տրամաբանական է, որ հանդիպման ձևաչափը և մասնակիցների կազմը պիտի նույնը լինի: Ադրբեջանական կողմի բոլոր հայտարարությունները, թե հայկական կողմը փորձում է խաթարել հանդիպման անցկացումը և խաղաղության գործընթացն իրականության հետ որևէ աղերս չունեն։ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը պատրաստ է դեկտեմբերի 7-ի հանդիպմանը՝ Պրահայում ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածության և ձևաչափի համաձայն։

Հարց. Վաշինգտոնում նոյեմբերի 7-ին անցկացված հանդիպման ընթացքում Հայաստանը Ադրբեջանին էր փոխանցել խաղաղության պայմանագրի վերաբերյալ հայկական առաջարկները: Արդյոք որևէ զարգացում կա՞ այս առումով:
