Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունները կառավարամետ ԶԼՄ-ների միջոցով ազդարարել են Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում «հատուկ գործողություն» իրականացնելու մասին։ Այդ պլանների մասին բաց տեքստով խոսվում է «Ո՞վ՝ Ադրբեջա՞նը, թե՞ Ռուսաստանը կզինաթափի անօրինական զինված կազմավորումներին Ղարաբաղում» հոդվածում, որը հրապարակել է haqqin.az պարբերականը։

Հոդվածն ընդարձակ է, ամբողջ տեքստը ներկայացնելուց ձեռնպահ կմնանք՝ միայն հատվածներ մեջբերելով։

«Ստիպված ենք արձանագրել, որ Ղարաբաղյան երկրորդ պատերազմի ավարտից ավելի քան երկու տարի անցնելուց հետո եւ ի հեճուկս 2020թ. նոյեմբերի 10-ի եռակողմ համաձայնագրի՝ ջախջախված հայկական բանակի մնացորդները նախկինի պես ռուս խաղաղապահների պատասխանատվության գոտում են։ Եվ չնայած Բաքվի դիվանագիտական ճնշման ներքո Հայաստանը քանիցս հայտարարել է, որ Ղարաբաղից լիովին դուրս է բերել կանոնավոր բանակի մնացորդները, կան բազմաթիվ փաստեր, որոնք ապացուցում են, որ Հայաստանի քաղաքացիները մինչեւ այժմ ծառայում են ադրբեջանական տարածքում գործող անօրինական զինված կազմավորումների կազմում, «ԼՂՀ պաշտպանության բանակի» հովանու ներքո։

Միաժամանակ, ադրբեջանական ԶԼՄ-ներում հրապարակվում է ուժային կառույցներից ստացված տեղեկություն, որի համաձայն՝ այդ անօրինական կազմավորումները պատրաստվում են ռուսական «Վագներ» մասնավոր ռազմական ընկերության հրահանգիչների կողմից, իսկ ռուս խաղաղապահներն իրենք իրենց տրանսպորտով նրանց են հասցնում զենք եւ զինամթերք։ Այլ խոսքով՝ հայերի անօրինական զինված խմբավորումը՝ մոտ 10-15 հազար թվաքանակով, դեռեւս մնում է սպառնալիքի եւ լարվածության աղբյուր Ղարաբաղի լեռնային հատվածում…

() Հասկանալի է, որ Ադրբեջանը ոչ մի հանգամանքում իր տարածքում չի ստեղծի ապառազմականացված գոտի եւ, հետեւաբար, թույլ չի տա, որ ռուս խաղաղապահների թվաքանակն ավելանա։ Պաշտոնական Բաքվի բազմակի հայտարարությունների համաձայն՝ առանց անօրինական կազմավորումների անվերապահ զինաթափման ոչ մի իմաստ չկա բանավեճ վարել Ղարաբաղում հայ բնակչության իրավունքների եւ անվտանգության մասին։

Բայց անգամ եթե այս հարցով կոնսենսուս ձեռք բերվի, ո՞վ է զինաթափելու անօրինական կազմավորումներին։ Հայաստա՞նը, որը բառի բուն իմաստով նույն լեզվով է խոսում ղարաբաղցի անջատողականների հետ։ Թե՞ Ռուսաստանը, որը, վկայակոչելով խաղաղապահների մանդատի ոչ հստակ ձեւակերպումը, ամուր կոոպերացվում է հայ անջատողականների հետ եւ անգամ զինում է նրանց։

Մի խոսքով՝ ստեղծվում է եւս մեկ փակուղային իրավիճակ, որի դեպքում Ադրբեջանը մնում է միակ կողմը, որը շահագրգռված է այսպես կոչված «ԼՂՀ բանակի» լիակատար եւ անվերապահ զինաթափմամբ։ Իսկ դա նշանակում է, որ հատուկ գործողությունը ռուս խաղաղապահների պատասխանատվության գոտո մեջ մտնող ամբողջ տարածքում անխուսափելի է»։

Այ այսպես, բաց տեքստով, Ադրբեջանի իշխանություններն ազդարարում են հայերի էթնիկ զտումների մասին։ Միջազգային հանրության, հատկապես Ադրբեջանի հետ «բարեկամական եւ գործընկերային» տրամադրված «քաղաքակիրթ Արեւմուտքի»՝ հանձինս ԵՄ-ի եւ ԱՄՆ-ի, լիակատար թողտվությամբ։ Հիշեցնենք, որ ԱՄՆ-ը ուղիղ ռազմական օգնություն է ցուցաբերում Ադրբեջանին՝ դրանով իսկ անուղղակիորեն մասնակցելով Արցախում էթնիկ զտման պատրաստությանը։
