Երևանում անցկացված ՀԱՊԿ Հավաքական անվտանգության խորհրդի նիստից հետո տեղի է ունեցել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի և Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի հանդիպումը:

Իր խոսքում վարչապետ Փաշինյանը, մասնավորապես, նշել է.

«Հարգելի Վլադիմիր Վլադիմիրի,

ողջունում եմ Ձեզ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում՝ մեր մայրաքաղաքում: Այսօր մենք անցկացրեցինք ՀԱՊԿ Հավաքական անվտանգության խորհրդի նիստ, իհարկե ոչ բոլոր հարցերի շուրջ հաջողվեց հասնել կոնսենսուսի, 17 որոշումներից 15-ն ընդունվեցին:

Հույս ունեմ, որ այս ձևաչափով մեզ կհաջողվի քննարկել մեր երկկողմ հարաբերությունների օրակարգը, որը շատ հագեցած է: Պետք է ընդգծել, որ մեր երկկողմ տնտեսական կապերը զարգանում են մեծ տեմպերով: Ես նկատեցի, որ այս տարի Հայաստանից Ռուսաստանի Դաշնություն արտահանումն աճել է 80 տոկոսով: Իհարկե, դա կապված է լոգիստիկ շղթաների որոշ փոփոխություններով, բայց դա փաստ է, որը ստեղծում է նոր հնարավորություններ տնտեսական համագործակցության համար:

Իհարկե, մենք այսօր արդեն քննարկել ենք և կքննարկենք տարածաշրջանային բնույթի հարցեր, տարածաշրջանային անվտանգության հարցեր: Կան բազմաթիվ հարցեր, ՀԱԽ նիստում ես խոսեցի եռակողմ հայտարարություններով ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածությունների պահպանման մասին, որոնք մենք Ձեր օգնությամբ և միջնորդությամբ ընդունել ենք Ադրբեջանի նախագահի հետ: Դրանք շատ կարևոր հարցեր են, որոնք իհարկե պետք է քննարկենք, ինչպես նաև քննարկենք օրակարգը, որը հույս ունենք կբերի մեր տարածաշրջանում երկարատև խաղաղության»:

Իր հերթին Վլադիմիր Պուտինը նշել է.

«Հարգելի Նիկոլ Վլադիմիրի,

առաջին հերթին ցանկանում եմ շնորհակալություն հայտնել Ձեզ հրավերի համար, շնորհավոր ՀԱՊԿ-ում հաջող նախագահության ավարտի կապակցությամբ: Իսկապես Հայաստանն այդ աշխատանքն իրականացրեց շատ բարձր մակարդակով, ակտիվորեն: Իհարկե, հազվադեպ է հաջողվում համաձայնության հասնել բոլոր հարցերի շուրջ, բայց ընդհանուր առմամբ, աշխատանքը շատ ինտենսիվ տարվեց և օգտակար:

Դուք ընդգծեցիք նաև մեր երկկողմ հարաբերությունները, որոնք, անկասկած, համարվում են դաշնակցային, ունեն խորը հին արմատներ, հաճախ նաև անհրաժեշտություն չկա մտնել պատմության մեջ, մեզ համար առանց այդ էլ պարզ է ինչ է դա, ինչպիսի նշանակություն այն ունի մեր երկկողմ հարաբերությունների համար:

Ինչ վերաբերվում է այսօրվան, ապա եթե նախորդ տարի ապրանքաշրջանառությունն աճել էր 12 տոկոսով, ապա ընթացիկ տարվա 9 ամիսներին այն արդեն աճել է 67 տոկոսով: Այո, դա պայմանավորված է այսօրվա առանձնահատկություններով, բայց, անկասկած, այն կլինի հիմք նաև ապագայի համար: Այստեղ որևէ կասկած չկա:
