70-ամյա արդյունաբերական հսկայի ցուցանիշներն առաջիկայում կաճեն

Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատն արդեն 70 տարեկան է։ Հայկական տնտեսության առաջատարը 7 տասնամյակ շարունակ եղել է մեր երկրի տնտեսության լոկոմոտիվը, առաջ մղել տնտեսությունը։ Իսկ վերջին մեկ տարվա ընթացքում «Գեո պրո մայնինգի» մաս կազմող Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատը պարզապես գերազանցել է բոլոր սպասելիքները։

Հիշեցնենք՝ երրորդ եռամսյակի տվյալներով՝ ԶՊՄԿ-ն հանրապետության պետական բյուջե է վճարել ավելի քան 129 միլիարդ դրամ տարբեր տեսակի հարկեր, ինչը 304 տոկոսով գերազանցում է 2021 թվականի ցուցանիշը, ընդ որում ԶՊՄԿ-ն միակ ընկերությունն է, որի վճարած միլիարդները եռանիշ թվով են։ Շահությահարկի վճարումների ծավալներն աճել է ավելի քան 3 անգամ՝ մինչև 32,3 միլիարդ դրամ։ Պետական բյուջե հարկային մուտքերի զգալի աճին նպաստել են ԶՊՄԿ-ի կողմից արտադրվող ապրանքների ինքնարժեքի աճը։

Միջազգային շուկաներում պետության կողմից խտանյութի արտահանման վրա նոր տուրքի սահմանումը, ինչպես նաև արտադրական գործընթացների և ծախսերի օպտիմալացումը և կոմբինատի արտադրողականության բարձրացումը։ Միջազգային ֆյունչերսներն այս պահին առայժմ կայուն են և ոչ ուժգին աճի և ոչ էլ անկման ազդակներ են ցուցաբերում, ինչը վկայում է, որ արդեն 4-րդ եռամսյակում և տարեկան կտրվածքով ընկերությունը պահպանելու է իր բարձր ցուցանիշները և ավելի է գերազանցելու բոլոր սպասելիքները։ Հուլիս ամսին պղնձի և մոլիբդենի գները համաշխարհային որոշակի անկում արձանագրեցին, սակայն անկախ դրանից տարեկան կտրվածքով գների դինամիկան դրական է։

«Գեո պրո մայնինգ» ընկերության խմբի նախագահ Ռոման Խուդոլին դեռ շաբաթներ առաջ հայտնել էր, թե դինամիկ աճող տնտեսական և արտադրական ցուցանիշների ձեռքբերմանը զուգընթաց՝ խնդիր է դրվել ապահովել ընկերության բնապահպանական պատասխանատվության բարձր մակարդակը։ Ընկերությունը նաև աշխատում է բարելավել կայուն զարգացման կորպորատիվ քաղաքականությունը՝ կիրառելով միջազգային ստանդարտներ և գործելակերպ։

Գաղտնիք չէ, որ հենց Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատն է հայկական տնտեսության առաջ մղողը, և որքան արդյունավետ ու լավ աշխատի ընկերությունը, որքան շատ հարկեր վճարի Հայաստանի պետական բյուջե, այնքան Հայաստանի Հանրապետության իշխանությունները հնարավորություն կունենան ավելի մեծ գումարներ հատկացնելու երկրի պաշտպանողականության և մարտունակության բարձրացմանը։ Հետևաբար, մեր երկրի առաջընթացի միակ գրավականը ամուր տնտեսություն ունենալն է։
