Երևանյան լճում կբացվի Հարավային Կովկասում առաջին լողացող արևային կայանը։ Ծրագիրն իրականացնելու են ֆրանսիական NEPSEN ինժեներական ընկերությունը և Հայաստանի վերականգնվող էներգետիկայի հիմնադրամը։

Դրա արժեքը կազմում է մոտ 230 հազար եվրո, իսկ կայանի հզորությունը կկազմի 150 կվտ-ից մի փոքր ավելի։ Տևական ժամանակ մեր լրատվամիջոցն անդրադառնում է Հայաստանում արևային էլեկտրակայանների կառուցման անհրաժեշտությանը, արևային վահանակների և մարտկոցների արտադրական հզորությունների բարձրացման անհրաժեշտությանը՝ փաստելով, որ միայն այսկերպ կարող ենք հասնել էներգետիկ անկախության։

Եվ թերևս միայն միջազգային կազմակերպությունների ֆինանսական և խորհրդատվական աջակցությամբ է հնարավոր որոշակի առաջընթաց գրանցել, մինչդեռ անհրաժեշտ է առաջին հերթին Հայաստանի իշխանությունների լայն և համընդգրկուն աջակցությունը, ընդ որում ոչ միայն ֆինանսական։ Մեր երկրում արևային վահանակներ արտադրող միայն մեկ ընկերություն կա՝ «Սոլարոնը», և դա չափազանց փոքր է, որպեսզի հնարավոր լինի խոսել արևային էներգիայի լայն զարգացման հնարավորությունների մասին։

Հայաստանը սեփական էներգետիկ հնարավորությունները վերականգնելու ծանրագույն խնդիր ունի Արցախում 44-օրյա պատերազմից հետո որոշ տարածքների կորստի հետ։

Նշենք, որ այդ տարածքներում էին գտնվում Հայաստանի և Արցախի հիմնական էներգետիկ հզորությունները՝ հիդրոէլեկտրակայանները, որոնք գրեթե ամբողջությամբ անցել են Ադրբեջանի տիրապետության ներքո, անջատվել մեր էներգահամակարգից, և այժմ ոչ միայն ջերմաէլեկտրակայանների և ատոմակայանների հզորություններն ավելացնելու անհրաժեշտություն կա, այլ առաջին հերթին արևային վահանակների արտադրության ծավալների մեծացում։
