Պատերազմի ուսումնասիրման ամերիկյան ինստիտուտի (ISW) վերլուծաբանները հերթական ամփոփագրում նշում են, որ ուկրաինական Պավլովկա բնակավայրի մոտ ռուսական բանակի վիճակը սարսափելի է, եւ դրա վկայությունը ռուս ռազմական բլոգերների անզուսպ քննադատությունն է ՌԴ ՊՆ-ի հասցեին։

Նախօրեին բլոգերները հրապարակել էին ՌԴ ԶՈւ 155-րդ բրիգադի նամակը, որում զինվորականները բողոքում էին իրենց հրամանատարությունից, որն իրենց կույր հարձակման է նետել Պավլովկայում։ Ծովային հետեւակայինները գրել են, որ իրենց «անհասկանալի հարձակման են նետել գեներալ Մուրադովը և նրա հայրենակից Ախմեդովը, որպեսզի Մուրադովը Գերասիմովի առաջ բոնուսներ վաստակի»։ Նրանք հայտնել են նաեւ, որ չորս օրվա ընթացքում կորցրել են «մոտ 300 սպանված, վիրավոր եւ անհետ կորած»։

Նշենք, որ Արցախում ռուսական կոնտինգենտի նախկին հրամանատար Մուրադովը նշանակվել է ՌԴ արեւելյան օկրուգի հրամանատար եւ համակարգում է Ուկրաինայում ռուսական զորքերի Արեւելք խմբավորումը։ Դոնեցկի շրջանի Պավլովկայի մոտ ռուսական բանակի խոշոր ձախողումը լայն արձագանք է ստացել ՌԴ-ում։

Ինչպես հայտնում է International French Radio-ն, նամակում ասվում է, որ միայն Կամչատկայի 155-րդ ծովային բրիգադը չորս օրվա ընթացքում կորցրել է մոտ 300 սպանված, վիրավոր և անհետ կորած, ինչպես նաև տեխնիկայի կեսը Դոնեցկի շրջանի Պավլովկա գյուղի վրա «անհասկանալի հարձակման» ժամանակ։ Դիմումի հեղինակները զինվորական ղեկավարներին մեղադրում են միջակության և մրցանակներ ստանալու համար ռազմական գործողություններ պլանավորելու մեջ։ Տեքստը պարունակում է երկու գեներալների անուններ, որոնց հեղինակները մեղադրում են զինվորների շրջանում հատկապես ծանր կորուստների համար՝ «գեներալ Մուրադովը և նրա հայրենակից Ախմեդովը»։

Հիշեցնենք, որ ավելի վաղ սոցցանցերում տեղեկություններ կային, որ Խաղաղօվկիանոսյան նավատորմի 155-րդ բրիգադի ծովայինները դիմում են ձայնագրել ծովափնյա նահանգապետ Կոժեմյակոյին։ Կոչում խոսվում էր Դոնեցկի Ժողովրդական Հանրապետության Պավլովկայի շրջանում տեղի ունեցած մարտերում մեծ կորուստների մասին։ Այդ կապակցությամբ ծովայինները Պրիմորիեի ղեկավարին խնդրել են կապ հաստատել ՌԴ պաշտպանության նախարարության հետ և կարգավորել իրավիճակը։
