5 փաստ ԶՊՄԿ-ի մասին

երջին ժամանակահատվածում Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատի (այսուհետ՝ ԶՊՄԿ) շուրջ ընթացող իրադարձությունները պատճառ են հանդիսացել, որ հասարակության լայն զանգվածների ուշադրությունը բևեռվի այս արդյունաբերական հսկայի վրա։ Հաշվի առնելով այդ հետաքրքրությունը՝ Ձեր ուշադրությանն ենք ներկայացնում 5 փաստ ԶՊՄԿ-ի մասին։

1. ԶՊՄԿ-ն հասույթի մեծությամբ առաջին ամենախոշոր ձեռնարկությունն է.

2022 թվականի հունվար-սեպտեմբեր ամիսներին վճարել է 129,2 միլիարդ դրամ հարկերի տեսքով, ընդ որում միայն «Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատը» վճարել է գրեթե բոլոր 1000 հարկատուների վճարած հարկերի 12 տոկոսը միայնակ։

2. ԶՊՄԿ-ն ունի լավագույն աշխատանքային թիմը.

ԶՊՄԿ-ի կառավարման թիմը կազմված է բացառապես լեռնահանքային, մետալուրգիայի և հարստացման ոլորտում մասնագիտացված կրթությամբ և աշխարհի տարբեր երկրների խոշորագույն հանքարդյունաբերական ձեռնարկություններում կառավարման փորձ ունեցող մասնագետներից, այդ թվում՝ Ռուսաստանում, Հայաստանում, Ղազախստանում, Կանադայում և այլ երկրներում, որոնք  առաջատարներից են համաշխարհային հանքարդյունաբերության մեջ։ 

3. ԶՊՄԿ-ն շարունակ զարգանում է.

Նոր թիմը զգալի աշխատանք է կատարել ընկերության գործունեության արդյունավետությունը բարելավելու, ինչպես նաև գործունեությունը բացարձակ թափանցիկ դարձնելու ուղղությամբ։

  • հայտարարվել են մրցույթներ ԶՄՄԿ-ի արտադրական գործունեության մեջ օգտագործվող բոլոր հիմնական նյութերի և ապրանքների ձեռքբերման համար (որը հնարավորություն է տվել հեռացնել անհարկի և ոչ թափանցիկ «միջնորդներին», ինչպես նաև Ընկերության առևտրային գործունեությունը դարձնել առավելագույնս արդյունավետ):
  • Հիմնական առևտրային պայմանագրերը վերանայվել են շուկայական պայմաններով` գների զգալի նվազեցմամբ:

4. ԶՊՄԿ-ն Հայաստանի տնտեսության լոկոմոտիվն է.

ԶՊՄԿ-ի վճարած հարկերի եռակի աճը ոչ միայն դրական ազդեցություն է ունենում ընդհանրապես Հայաստանի տնտեսական վիճակի վրա, այլ նաև կառավարությանը հնարավորություն է տալիս լուրջ միջոցներ ուղղել ինչպես պետական բյուջեի սոցիալական կարիքներին, այնպես էլ զենքի և սպառազինության գնմանը։ 

5. ԶՊՄԿ-ն բարեգործ է.

Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատի բարեգործական հիմնադրամի ֆինանսավորմամբ և աջակցությամբ շուրջ 7 տարի է «Սորս» տնակ զարգացման կենտրոնում անվճար վերականգնողական բուժում են ստանում տասնյակ հաշմանդամություն և հատուկ խնամքի կարիք ունեցող երեխաներ։ «ՍՈՐՍ Տնակ» զարգացման կենտրոնը միջազգային մոդելի հիման վրա մշակված սոցիալական ծրագիր է, որը մեկնարկի պահից ի վեր որդեգրել է հատուկ կարիքներ ունեցող երեխաների կյանքի պայմանների բարելավման, կենսական անհրաժեշտության հմտությունների զարգացման և պահպանման, ինչպես նաև ծնողներին հոգեբանական, կրթական և աշխատանքային աջակցության ցուցաբերման սկզբունքը։
