«ԱՄՆ-ում իմ տան հասցեն անձամբ եմ հայտնել ՀՀ պատկան մարմիններին». Վիգեն Սարգսյանը՝ ԱՄՆ-ում տուն ձեռք բերելու մասին

ՀՀ վարչապետի աշխատակազմի ղեկավարի տեղակալ Տարոն Չախոյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրառում է կատարել, որտեղ նշում է, որ ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար Վիգեն Սարգսյանը «լքել է Հայաստանն ու մի քանի միլիոն դոլարով առանձնատուն գնել ԱՄՆ-ում»:

1in.am կայքի սեփականատեր, քաղաքական գործիչ Արման Բաբաջանյանն էլ տեղեկանք է հրապարակել, որը, ըստ նրա, հաստատում է, որ Վիգեն Սարգսյանն այս տարվա մայիսին ԱՄՆ Մասաչուսեթս նահանգի Բելմոնտ քաղաքում ձեռք է բերել առանձնատուն 2,050,000,00 դոլարով:
«Վիգեն Սարգսյանն ու նրա կինը Լուսինե Գալաջյանը միասին արդեն բնակվում են նոր 48 Amherst Road, Belmont, Massachussetts 02478 հասցեում գտնվող առանձնատանը»,- գրել է Բաբաջանյանը:

ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազությունից InfoPort.am-ին հայտնել են, որ Գլխավոր դատախազությունն ուսումնասիրում է Արման Բաբաջանյանի կողմից հրապարակված տեղեկանքը:

168.am-ը կապ է հաստատել ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար Վիգեն Սարգսյանի հետ և պարզաբանում խնդրել ԱՄՆ-ում մի քանի միլիոն դոլարով առանձնատուն գնելու առնչությամբ:

«Տեսել եմ այդ հրապարակումը: ԱՄՆ-ում մեծ դժվարություն չի կազմում գտնել ցանկացած անձի գույքի մասին տեղեկատվություն, ինչպես նաև անշարժ գույքի առքուվաճառքի մասին տվյալներ: Այդ տեղեկատվական դաշտն ամբողջությամբ բաց է և թափանցիկ: Հատկապես, որ ես չեմ թաքցրել իմ գործարքն այլ ֆիզիկական կամ իրավաբանական անձանց անվան տակ: Կարծում եմ՝ Արման Բաբաջանյանն ու այսօրվա աղմուկը տարածողներից շատերը լսելով չէ, որ գիտեն ԱՄՆ-ում գույք ունենալու և այդ տեղեկատվության հասանելիության մանրամասնությունները: Եթե ոչ, ապա կարող եմ օգնել գտնելու բազմաթիվ անշարժ գույքերի սեփականատերերի մանրամասն տվյալներ: Ավելին, ԱՄՆ-ում իմ տան հասցեն անձամբ եմ հայտնել Հայաստանի պատկան մարմիններին` անհրաժեշտության դեպքում ինձ հետ կապ հաստատելու հնարավորություն տալու համար: Այսինքն, որևէ «բացահայտում» այստեղ ի սկզբանե լինել չի կարող:

Գրեթե 5 տարի չհանդիսանալով հանրային ծառայող, աշխատում եմ ԱՄՆ-ում, տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների ոլորտի ընկերությունում, ունեմ կայուն եկամուտ: Երեք տարի վարձով բնակվելուց հետո, կնոջս հետ կայացրեցինք ծանր որոշում` վաճառելու 2013 թվականին, այսինքն, իմ` պաշտպանության նախարար լինելուց երեք տարի առաջ ձեռք բերած մեր բնակարանը Երևանում և մեր բնակության համար այստեղ տուն ձեռք բերել:

Ինձ շատ զարմացրեց նաև տեղեկատվության այն ավելի ինտրիգային հատվածը, որով ակնարկ էր արվում ինչ-որ գումար Հայաստանից զարտուղի, ինչ-որ մեկի միջոցով դուրս բերելու խնդրին: Դա բացարձակ անհեթեթություն է: Մեր բնակարանի վաճառքի գումարը փոխանցվել է գնորդի բանկային հաշվից իմ բանկային հաշիվ` իմ անունով»,- նշեց ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախկին նախարարը:
