Ռուս սահմանապահները պահպանելու են ԼՂ սահմա՞նը. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Մի քանի օր առաջ ՀՀ–ում ՌԴ Անվտանգության դաշնային ծառայության սահմանապահ վարչության ստորաբաժանումները ՀՀ Ազգային անվտանգության սահմանապահ զորքերի հետ համատեղ մշակել են Իրանից դեպի Արցախ անցումը կանխելու սցենարը: Պաշտոնական հաղորդագրության մեջ նշվում էր. «Ըստ սցենարի, հայ–իրանական սահմանի երկու պայմանական սահմանախախտ հաղթահարել է ազդանշանային համալիրի գծային մասն ու հատել ՀՀ և ԼՂՀ վարչական սահմանը՝ փորձելով թաքնվել լեռնային տեղանքում: Որոնման արդյունքում պայմանական սահմանախախտներից մեկը ձերբակալվում է սահմանապահների կողմից, իսկ երկրորդը հայտնաբերվում է կվադրոկոպտերի օգնությամբ՝ վրան տեղադրված տեսախցիկի օգնությամբ»:

Այս տեղեկատվությունը բավականին ուշագրավ է: Նախևառաջ, առաջին անգամ են անցկացվում համատեղ վարժանքներ, որոնք ընդգրկում են Արցախի տարածքը: Երկրորդ: Ըստ սցենարի՝ սահմանի պայմանական խախտումը տեղի է ունենում ոչ թե Թուրքիայի, այլ Իրանի հետ սահմանին: Սա նույնպես պատահական չէ: Իրանը Ղարաբաղի հետ ունի 100 կմ–անոց սահման այն դեպքում, երբ Հայաստանի հետ ընդհանուր սահմանը 35 կմ է: Մինչև վերջերս այդ սահմանները համարվում էին հանգիստ: Բայց վիճակը փոխվում է: Մերձավոր Արևելքում ԱՄՆ նախագահի Թրամփի քաղաքականությունն ուղղված է Իրանի դեմ: Ստեղծվում է լարվածություն, որը կարող է պրոյեկտվել Անդրկովկասի վրա:

Մյուս հանգամանքը: Իրանի սահմանամերձ շրջաններում, որոնք գտնվում են Հայաստանի ու Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հետ անմիջական հարևանությամբ, ապրում է ավելի քան 200 մլն ադրբեջանցի: Նրանց մեծ մասը բարեկամ ու ազգական ունի բուն Ադրբեջանում: Նրանց հետ շփման մեջ է, ուստի և ենթարկվում է այն քարոզչությանը, որը վարում է Բաքուն: Հետևապես իրավիճակի սրման դեպքում այդ գործոնը կարող է ինչ–որ ձևով աշխատել:

Հաջորդը: Իրանը դեմ է որևէ խաղաղապահ ուժի տեղակայմանը ԼՂ շփման գծի երկայնքով: Խոսքը թե միջազգային ուժերի, թե կոնրետ ռուսական կամ ՀԱՊԿ զորքերի մասին է: Իրանն ինքն է ձգտում լինել տարածաշրջանում անվտանգության հաստատող ու երաշխավոր: Բացի այդ, որևէ կազմով խաղաղարար ուժերի տեղակայումն ուղղակի կամ անուղղակի սպառնալիք է հենց Իրանի դեմ: Ուստիև ռուսական սահմանապահ զորքերի հետ համատեղ այս վարժանքը ուշագրավ է նաև այս ասպեկտով:

Թեմայի առնչությամբ ռուսական մամուլում շրջանառվում է մեկ այլ կարևոր տեղեկատվություն: Ըստ այդմ, Մոսկվան մտադիր է ակտիվ մասնակցություն ունենալ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի և Իրանի միջև սահմանի տեխնիկական վերակառուցմանը:


Հ.Գ. Իրանական կողմը ռուս–հայկական այս համատեղ վարժանքին որևէ կերպ չի արձագանքել: Իսկ ահա ադրբեջանականը մեծ աղմուկ է բարձրացրել: Նրանց նախևառաջ անհանգստացրել ու մտահոգել է այն փաստը, որ ռուսական սահմանապահ վարչության հաղորդագրության մեջ նշվել է «Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետություն» արտահայտությունը: Նրանք դիմել են վարչություն և պարզաբանում պահանջել: Մեր ռուս բարեկամներն էլ ըմբռնումով են մոտեցել հարցին, ու վերահրատարակված մամուլի հաղորդագրության մեջ հանել ԼՂՀ բառակապակցությունը:
