Շվեյցարիայում արևային էլեկտրակայանները՝ հանրային ընդվզման պատճառ

Շվեցարիայում արևային էլկտրակայանների կառուցումը կարող է լուրջ սոցիալական խռովությունների պատճառ դառնալ։ Բանն այն է, որ սովորաբար բարձր լեռնային Շվեցարիայում մասնագետները ցանկանում են արևային էլեկտրակայանները կառուցել լեռնային հովիտներում։

Պատճառն այն է, որ նախ այդպիսի տարածքնրն ավելի քիչ են օգտագործվում գյուղատնտեսության կամ այլ կարիքների համար, և երկրորդ՝ նման էլեկտրաէներգիայի կառուցումը Շվեցարիային թույլ կտա մինչև 2050 թվականը կրկնապատկել սեփական էլեկտրաէներգիայի գրեթե կեսը ստանալ արևային էլեկտրակայաններից։ Նույնիսկ ռուս–ուկրաինական պատերազմը չի կարողանում համոզել շվեցարացիներին, նման էլեկտրակայանների կառուցման անհրաժեշտության մեջ։

Մասնագետները նշում են, որ բարձրլեռնային հովիտներում էլեկտրակայանների կառուցումը մի քանի էական նշանակություն ունի։Բանն այն է, որ այդպիսի էլեկտրակայանները նախ հարմար են ձմռանը էլեկտրաէներգիա ստանալու համար, և երկրորդ՝ ձմեռային պայմաններում արևի առկայության դեպքում շատ ավելի մեծ քանակությամբ կարող են էլեկտրաէներգիա մատակարարել։Նման բարձրլեռնային էլեկտրակայաններն արդեն գործում են Ֆրանսիայի և Ավստրիայի տարածքում, և շվեցարական իշխանությունները նույնպես ցանկանում են իրենց մոտ կառուցել նման էլեկտրակայաններ։ Շվեցարացիների զգալի մեծամասնությունը դեմ է, հայտարարում է, թե արևային վահանակները պետք է տեղադրել ոչ թե բարձրլեռնային հովիտներում և խափանել շվեցարական անասնապահությանը, որը այդ երկրի տնտեսության հիմքերից մեկն է,այլ հարկավոր է վահանակները կառուցել տների տանիքներին։

«Մենք անհրաժեշտություն չենք տեսնում բարձրանալ այդ բարձունքները և շահագործել կուսական, չբնակեցված տարածաշրջանները, քանի դեռ չենք օգտագործել ամբողջ պոտենցիալը, որ կա երկրում»,- նշել են արևային էլեկտրակայանների ընդդդիմախոսները։ Դաշնային էներգետիկ գերատեսչության մասնգետները ընդդիմանում են, նշում, թե բարձրլեռնային գոտիներում արևային վահանակները ավելի արդյունավետ կարող են աշխատել։

Ամեն դեպքում, փաստն այն է, որ Շվեցարիան ունի այլընտրանք՝ արևային վահանակներ ինչ որ տեղ կառուցելու։Երկրում հստակ է մեկ բան. նրանք դեմ չեն արևային էներգիայի արտադրությանը, պատրաստ են նույնիսկ հսկայական գումարներ ծախսել լեռնային հովիտների փոխարեն շենքերի տանիքները օգտագործելու համար, մինչդեռ, Հայաստանն օրինակ,նման այլընտրանք չունի, մեր երկրում, որտեղ արևային վահանակներ արտադրող միայն մեկ ընկերություն կա՝ «Սոլարոնը», նույնիսկ շենքերի տանիքների շահագործումը դեռևս չնչին մակարդակում է գտնվում, ուր մնաց որևէ լեռնային տարածք, կամ հովիտ և գյուղատնտեսական տարածք օգտագործելը։
