Արևային մարտկոցներ պատուհանների փոխարեն. նոր տեխնոլոգիան կաշխատի 30 տարի

Focus.ua–ն գրում է, որ Միչիգանի համալսարանում (ԱՄՆ) հետազոտողների թիմը ստեղծել է 50% թափանցիկությամբ արևային բջիջներ: Նրանց մտահղացման համաձայն պատուհանները հնարավոր կլինի ապակեպատել նման պանելներով, հայտնում է Joule-ն։

Արևային մարտկոցները մուգ գույնի են՝ սիլիցիումից պատրաստված լինելու պատճառով։ Սովորաբար եթե ​​վահանակը սև է, ապա այն պատրաստված է պինդ սիլիցիումի բյուրեղներից, իսկ եթե վահանակը կապույտ է, ապա այն պատրաստված է հալած սիլիցիումի մասնիկներից։ Միչիգանի համալսարանի գիտնականները այս «գունավոր» բաղադրիչից ազատվելու միջոց են գտել։ Նրանք պլաստմասսա են  լցրել մարտկոցի օրգանական և մետաղական շերտերի միջև եղած բացերը ստեղծելով դրանց միջև միկրոն մասշտաբի էլեկտրական միացումներ։ Արդյունքում ծածկույթը կորցրել է իր գույնի 50%-ը: Իհարկե, հնարավոր չէր հասնել ամբողջական թափանցիկության, բայց նման նյութը շատ հարմար է հարավային երկրներում գտնվող տները սարքավորելու համար, որտեղ տարվա մեծ մասը արևոտ է: Ուղղակի պատուհանները մգեցված կլինեն։ Ինչ վերաբերում է նման արևային մարտկոցների արդյունավետությանը, ապա, ըստ հետազոտողների, դրանք հասցվել են 10 տոկոսի։ Այստեղ հարկ է նշել, որ հալված սիլիցիումի բեկորներից պատրաստված «կապույտ» մարտկոցներն ունեն 15% արդյունավետություն, իսկ պինդ սիլիցիումային վահանակները՝ 22%։ Այսպես կոչված թաղանթային պանելները (սիլիցիումից պատրաստված այլ նյութերի ավելացումով) նույնպես ունեն 10% արդյունավետություն։ Գիտնականները պնդում են, որ իրենց սարքը կկարողանա աշխատել մինչև 30 տարի:
