Հոլանդացի գիտնականները ստեղծել են տանդեմային արևային բջիջներ 30,1% արդյունավետությամբ

Overclockers.ru–ն գրում է, որ հոլանդացի գիտնականների թիմը կարողացել է զգալիորեն բարձրացնել արևային մարտկոցների արդյունավետությունը անցնելով 30 տոկոսանոց նշաձողը։ Կազմակերպության մամուլի հաղորդագրության համաձայն «այդս ձեռքբերումը կնպաստի արևային էներգիայի տարածմանը ամբողջ աշխարհում և կնվազեցնի կախվածությունը հանածո վառելիքից»։

Չնայած աշխարհի շատ կառավարություններ աջակցում են արևային էներգիայի զարգացմանը փորձելով նվազեցնել CO2–ի արտանետումները, նման տեխնոլոգիայի ընդունումը սահմանափակվում է էներգիայի փոխակերպման արդյունավետությամբ: Հասանելի առևտրային  արևային վահանակների մեծ մասը փոխակերպման արդյունավետությունը կազմում է ոչ ավելի, քան 22 տոկոս: Մեծացնելով այդս ցուցանիշը հնարավոր է նույն տարածքում արտադրել ավելի շատ էներգիա՝ մեկ միավորի համար ավելի ցածր գնով, միաժամանակ ավելացնելով դրա հասանելիությունը և նվազեցնելով վերջնական արժեքը սպառողների համար: Արևային էներգիայի արդյունավետությունը առնվազն 30 տոկոսի հասցնելու համար հոլանդացի ինժեներները մշակել են պերովսկիտից և սիլիցիումից պատրաստված տանդեմային սարք։ Նոր տեխնոլոգիան թույլ է տալիս ավելի արդյունավետ օգտագործել արեգակնային սպեկտրը։ Դա պայմանավորված է նրանով, որ սարքն օգտագործում է սիլիցիումի և պերովսկիտի ՖՎ մոդուլների «ճիշտ» համադրությունը: Թեև առաջիններն ավելի լավ են աշխատում տեսանելի և ինֆրակարմիր ճառագայթման հետ, պերովսկիտներն ավելի արդյունավետ են ուլտրամանուշակագույն և տեսանելի տիրույթներում, մինչդեռ թափանցիկ են մնում ինֆրակարմիր լույսի համար:

Փորձագետներին հաջողվել է բարձրացնել 3x3 քմմ մակերեսով կիսաթափանցիկ պերովսկիտային տարրի արդյունավետությունը մինչև 19,7 տոկոս, ասվում է մամուլի հաղորդագրության մեջ։ Դրա տակ տեղադրվել է 20X 20 քառակուսի մմ լայնությամբ սիլիկոնե արևային մարտկոց։ Տանդեմային սարքը հագեցած էր խիստ թափանցիկ հետևի կոնտակտով, որը թույլ էր տալիս ինֆրակարմիր  լույսի մինչև 93 տոկոսը թափանցել սարքի հատակը: Օպտիմիզացնելով սիլիցիումի բջիջի տարբեր բնութագրերը դրա արդյունավետությունն աճել է մինչև 10,4 տոկոս: Պերովսկիտի վահանակի հետ համակցվելիս էներգիայի փոխակերպման ընդհանուր արդյունավետությունը կազմել է 30,1%, ինչը մինչ օրս լավագույն արդյունքն է:

Ներկայում ինժեներները պլանավորում են զարգացնել գործընթացը և այն հասցնել կոմերցիոն շահագործման: Նախագծի հեղինակների մշակած սարքը հավաստագրվել է Իտալիայում ETSI-ի կողմից, իսկ արդյունքները ներկայացվել են Միլանում կայացած Ֆոտովոլտային էներգիայի փոխակերպման 8-րդ համաշխարհային համաժողովում (WCPEC-8):
