Տրամաբանական լուծումը Հայաստանում գրոհային ստորաբաժանումներ ստեղծելն է. Չալաբյան

«Հայաստանի համար ռազմականացումը անխուսափելի է, բայց պետք է հասկանալ, որ այդ ռազմականացումը պարզապես մարդկանցով անցքերը փակելըչէ»։ «ԱՐԱՐ» հիմնադրամի համահիմնադիր, հասարակական-քաղաքական գործիչ Ավետիք Չալաբյանն է այս արձանագրումն արել «168-ի» հետ զրույցում։

Նրա խոսքով, եթե նախկինում Հայաստանը կարող էր միամտաբար մտածել, որ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունը կաջակցի, ապա այսօր այդ մտածողությունը վաղուց հնացած է։ ՌԴ ամբողջ ռազմական կարողություններն ու ներուժը դրված են ուկրաինական պատերազմում, դրանից դուրս բարդ է Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության համար աջակցել իր դաշնակիցներին, նաև շատ կարևոր է այն հանգամանքը, որ Ռուսաստանի համար կարևոր են Թուրքիայի հարաբերությունները և, դրանք բարելավելու նպատակով, ստիպված է հանդուրժել այն, ինչ մինչև հիմա եղել է կարմիր գիծ Ռուսաստանի համար։

Անդրադառնալով կառավարության որոշմանը՝ 25 օրյա հավաքներ իրականացնելու և եռամսյա հավաքները հանելու վերաբերյալ, Ավետիք Չալաբյանն ընդգծում է, որ խնդիրն այն է, որ մեր պայմաններում մարտական ծառայությունն այնքան բարդ է, հակառակորդի կրակային փոխազդեցության պայմաններում, հակառակորդն ունի կրակային առավելություն, որ հայ զինվորը պետք է ծայրահեղ պրոֆեսիոնալ լինի, կարողանա հակազդել նրան, իսկ 25 օրյա մարտական հավաքների պայմաններում անհնար է պրոֆեսիոնալ բանակ ձևավորել։

Չալաբյանը հիշեցրել է սեպտեմբերին տեղի ունեցած ադրբեջանական ագրեսիան և 3 պատճառ նշել, թե որոնք էին 2 օրում մեծ կորուստներ կրելու պատճառները։ Ըստ այդմ, առաջին պատճառը՝ թշնամու կողմից անակնկալի գործոնն էր, թեև ունեինք հետախուզություն, բայց այն բավարար չափով, կամ ընդհանրապես, չենք օգտագործել։ Կար թշնամու կրակային առավելությունը, անօդաչուների զանգվածային կիրառումը, իսկ այդ իմաստով Հայաստանը չափազանց հետ է։

2020 թվականից ի վեր, խոսում են անօդաչուների կիրառման անհրաժեշտության մասին, սակայն դեռևս գրեթե բան չի արվել, նաև թշնամին իր հարձակումն իրականացրել է մասնագիտացված, լավ պատրաստված գրոհային ուժերով, իսկ 18-19 տարեկաններով անհնար է դիմակայել գրոհային ստորաբաժանմանը։ Հարցին, թե ինչու է իշխանությունը գնում փնթի լուծումների, Ավետիք Չալաբյանը պատասխանում է. «Որովհետև նույն փնթի իշխանությունն է»։

Նրա խոսքով՝ տրամաբանական լուծումը Հայաստանում գրոհային ստորաբաժանումներ ստեղծելն է։ «Այս իշխանությունները պատրաստվում է գրոհային ստորաբաժանումներ ստեղծել, բայց «Կարմիր բերետավորների» ստորաբաժանումներ, որոնք փայլուն գործողություններ են իրականացնում, օրինակ՝ Եռաբլուրում»,- ասում է Ավետիք Չալաբյանը։ Եվ, ի վերջո, Չալաբյանն ընդգծում է, որ կան բավական լուրջ նեղ մասնագետներ, որոնք տվել են իրենց խորհուրդները, սակայն փաշինյանական իշխանությունը, ավելի շուտ չարամտաբար, չի իրականացրել այս ամենը։
