Հնդկաստանի հետ գործարքը դիվերսիֆիկացնում է Հայաստան զենքի մատակարարումների աշխարհագրությունը. Ավետիք Չալաբյան

Հասարակական-քաղաքական գործիչ Ավետիք Չալաբյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է.
 
ՍՊԱՌԱԶԻՆՎԵԼՈՒ ՀՐԱՄԱՅԱԿԱՆԸ
 
Հնդկական մամուլի տվյալներով, Հնդկաստանի կառավարությունը պատրաստվում է առաջիկա ամիսներին մոտ 250 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլարի սպառազինություն մատակարարել Հայաստանին, որի ամենակարևոր մասը համազարկային կրակի "Պինակա" կայաններն են, և դրանց հրթիռները։ Ճշգրիտ թվի մասին չի խոսվում, բայց ենթադրաբար, խոսքը կարող է գնալ 18 այդպիսի կայանի (մեկ հրթիռա-հրետանային գնդի համարժեք) և նրանց օժանդակ սարքավորման մասին։
 
Այս կայանները կրակում են 214 մմ կալիբրի հրթիռներ, ունեն 45-60 կմ կրակային հեռավորություն, 12 հրթիռ մեկ համազարկում, և իրենց տեխնիկական տվյալներով, համապատասխանում են ռուսական ՛Ուրագան" համակարգին, իսկ որոշ բնութագրերով գերազանցում են նրանց։ Կայաննները արդեն փորձարկված են լեռնային մարտական գործողությունների պայմաններում, և իրենց բավական լավ են դրսևորել։ Նախկինում Հայաստանը արդեն Հնդկաստանից գնել էր նաև հակահրետանային տեղորոշման "Սվազի" արդիական ռադարային համակարգեր, նրանք կարող են օգտագործվել այս համազարկային կայանների հետ համակցության մեջ, և բարձրացնել նրանց խոցման արդյունավետությունը։
 
Այս գործարքը ոչ միայն կարևոր է հայկական բանակի խիստ տուժած սպառազինությունը համալրելու համար, այլև դիվերսիֆիկացնում է Հայաստան զենքի մատակարարումների աշխարհագրությունը, և կարևոր քայլ է՝ ի դեմս Հնդկաստանի նոր ռազմավարական դաշնակից ձեռք բերելու ուղղությամբ։ Ողջունելով մեր բանակը սպառազինելու այս կարևոր, թեև փաստացի խիստ ուշացած քայլը, ակնկալում եմ բանակի ղեկավարությունից՝ արդյունավետ օգտագործել այս և նախկինում գնած համարժեք արդիական սպառազինությունը (Սմերչ, Իսկանդեր, ՍՈւ-30), և մոտ ժամանակներում արդեն կոշտ հակահարված տալ Հայաստանի տարածքը ներխուժած թշնամական հրոսակներին։
