Ֆավորիտների փոփոխություն՝ Անի համայնքում

Անի համայնքում սեպտեբերի 25-ին կայանալիք ընտրություններից մի քանի օր առաջ բավականին դրամատիկ փոփոխություններ են տեղի ունենում, ինչն ընտրապայքարը դարձրել է առավել սուր, անկանխատեսելի: Համայնքային իշխանություն ձևավորելու համար երեք քաղաքական ուժեր են հայտ ներկայացրել ի դեմս «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցության, որի ցուցակը գլխավորում է այդ տարածաշրջանում «Հայփոստ»-ի մի քանի ամիս առաջ համակարգող նշանակված Արման Սարիբեկյանը՝ Երևանի կենտրոնի վարչական շրջանի փոխթաղապետ Նիկոլայ Սարիբեկյանի եղբայրը, «Ազգ Համայնք» դաշինքը, որը ղեկավարում է շուրջ 18 տարի Մարալիկ համայնքի և հետագայում Անի համայքի ղեկավար, նախկին ՀՀԿ-ական Արտակ Գևորգյանը և նորաստեղծ «Հայկական Երազանք» կուսակցությունը, որի նախընտրական ցուցակը ղեկավարում է տարբեր ժամանականերում ՀՀ-ում ընթացող գործընթացներում քաղաքացիական տարբեր գործընթացներին ակտիվ մասնակցություն ունեցող Ագուն Սաղաթելյանը:

Քարոզարշավը դեռ չմեկնարկած՝ ենթադրվում էր, որ հիմնական պայքարը ընթանալու էր, ըստ էության, երկու «իշխանությունների» միջև՝ համայնքային՝ Արտակ Գևորգյանի և տարիներ շարունակ տեղի՝ իր կուտակած  վարչական ռեսուրսի և կենտրոնական՝ Քաղաքացիական պայմանագրի՝ մարզային իշխանության և տեղի  ՔՊ ողջ ռեսուրսի մոբիլիզացմամբ:

Սակայն երրորդ և նոր քաղաքական ուժի մասնակցությունը այս ընտրական գործընթացին, կարծես թե, ամբողջությամբ փոխեց սպասվող պատկերը: «Հայկական Երազանք»-ի թիմը այս իրողությունում բավականին կոշտ դիրքորոշում ընդունեց և, ելնելով այդ կանխավարկածից, որևէ մեկին չի հաջողվելու հավաքել ձայների կեսից ավելին և անհրաժեշտություն է առաջանալու կոալիցիա ձևավորել իրենց քաղաքական ուժի հետ։

Ագուն Սաղաթելյանը հանդես եկավ հայտարարությամբ, որ որևէ քաղաքական ուժի միանալու նախաձեռնությամբ իրենք հանդես չեն գալու և միայն իրենց թիմի համայնքապետի պաշտոնը ստանալու պարագայում հնարավորություն են տեսնելու և երկու ուժերի հետ քննարկելու համագործակցության հարցը:

Այս կոշտ մոտեցումը, երկրում վերջին երկու շաբաթում տեղի ունեցած զարգացումները և դրանց լույսի ներքո Ագուն Սաղաթելյանի վերջին երկու պատերազմներին կամավոր մասնակցած լինելու հանգամանքը, կարծես թե, Անի համայնքի բնակիչների նախապատվությունները ուղղվել են դեպի «Հայկական Երազանք» քաղաքական ուժը:

Քարոզարշավի մեկնարկին արված հեռախոսային հարցումները ցույց էին տալիս, որ փոքր տարբերությամբ առաջատարը գործող համայնքապետն էր, այնուհետ՝ ՔՊ թեկնածուն և նրանց հաջորդում էր «Հայկական Երազանքը»: Սակայն, արդեն սեպտեմբերի 22-ի դրությամբ, հարցումները ցույց տվեցին, որ Արտակ Գևորգյանի և Արման Սարիբեկյանի վարկանիշը զգալիորեն նվազել է, իսկ Ագուն Սաղաթելյանի վարկանիշն այս պահին անգամ անցել է ՔՊ թեկնածուի վարկանիշին:

Ըստ որոշ հարցվածների՝ սրան նպաստել է նաև Շիրակի մարզի հայտնի ակտիվիստ Կարեն Պետրոսյանի և Շիրակի նախկին մարզպետ Տիգրան Պետրոսյանի անմիջական և հանրային աջակցությունը Ագուն Սաղաթելյանին և իր թիմին: Ինչևէ, արդեն մոտ 50 ժամից պարզ կլինի, թե ինչ հանգուցալուծում կունենա այս քաղաքական դրաման:
