«Եռաբլուրում» տեղի ունեցածին լավ չեմ վերաբերվում, հուսով եմ՝ մեղավորները կպատժվեն. Ավինյան

Ոստիկանության կողմից «Եռաբլուրում» ուժի կիրառման կադրերը ինքս էլ տեսել եմ, դրան լավ չեմ վերաբերվում եւ գիտեմ, որ ծառայողական քննություն է իրականացվում ոստիկանությունում. Հուսով եմ, որ այն անձինք, որոնք մեղավոր են, կպատժվեն: Այս մասին, այսօր՝ սեպտեմբերի 23-ին, Երևանի ավագանու արտահերթ նիստից հետո լրագրողների հետ ճեպազրույցում նշեց ՀՀ նախկին փոխվարչապետ, քիչ առաջ փոխքաղաքապետ ընտրված Տիգրան Ավինյանը։

Հարցին, թե արդյոք ոստիկաններն առանց հրահանգի են գործել, նա պատասխանեց. «Չեմ կարող մեկնաբանել՝ ով ինչ հրահանգով է գործել, բայց գիտեմ, որ կա ծառայողական քննություն եւ ես կսպասեմ դրա ավարտին»:

Ինչ վերաբերում է ոստիկանապետի հրաժարականի պահանջին, Ավինյանն ասաց. «Տարբեր պահանջներ կարող են տարբեր փոքր խմբեր ունենալ: Ես կարծում եմ, որ տեղի ունեցածը շատը բացասական երեւույթ է,  դատապարտելի է եւ կա քննություն, որը պետք է պարզի: Ամեն մի զանցանքին կամ հանցանքին համապատասխան պատիժ է հասնում»:

Հիշեցնենք, որ սեպտեմբերի 21-ին՝ ՀՀ անկախության օրը Եռաբլուր զինվորական պանթեոնում, վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի այցին ընդառաջ, կարմիր և սև բերետավորները, ուժ կիրառելով, բերման էին ենթարկել զոհված զինծառայողների հարազատներին: Ոստիկանության ծառայողները բերման են ենթարկել 37 քաղաքացու, որոնց մեծ մասը զոհված զինծառայողների ընտանիքի անդամներ են:

Դրանից հետո 35 ՀԿ-ներ հանդես են եկել հայտարարությամբ՝ պահանջելով ՀՀ ոստիկանապետ Վահե Ղազարյանի հրաժարականը։
