Բայդենի նախաձեռնած համաժողովին ՀՀ փոխնախարարը դատապարտել է Ադրբեջանի սանձազերծված ագրեսիան

Արդարադատության նախարարի տեղակալ Երանուհի Թումանյանցը հեռավար ձևաչափով մասնակցել և ելույթով է հանդես եկել ԱՄՆ նախագահ Ջո Բայդենի նախաձեռնած «Հանուն ժողովրդավարության» համաժողովի համակարգող խմբի առցանց ձևաչափով անցկացվող 3-րդ հանդիպմանը:

Համաժողովի ընթացքում փոխնախարար Թումանյանցն անդրադարձ է կատարել 2022 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 13-ի Ադրբեջանի զինված ուժերի կողմից Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ինքնիշխան տարածքի դեմ իրականացրած լայնամասշտաբ զինված հարձակմանը՝ հայկական կողմի դիրքերի, ինչպես նաև խաղաղ բնակավայրերի՝ Գորիսի, Ջերմուկի, Վարդենիսի, Կապանի և Սոթքի ուղղություններով կատարած գնդակոծություններին, որի արդյունքում եղել են բազմաթիվ զոհեր սահմանապահ զորքերի շրջանում, ինչպես նաև տուժել է խաղաղ բնակչությունը։

«Ադրբեջանի կողմից դրսևորած ագրեսիան միջազգային իրավունքի, ՄԱԿ-ի կանոնադրության և Հելսինկիի եզրափակիչ ակտի կոպտագույն խախտում է: Ներկա աշխարհաքաղաքական պայմաններում Ադրբեջանը, ըստ էության, փորձում է ուժի գործադրմամբ և դրա սպառնալիքի կիրառմամբ հասնել իր պահանջներին և նկրտումներին»-նշել է փոխնախարար Թումանյանցը:

Փոխնախարարը հատուկ շնորհակալություն է հայտնել ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղար Էնթոնի Բլինքենին և մի շարք կոնգրեսականների՝ Ադրբեջանի կողմից սանձազերծված գործողությունները բարձրաձայնելու համար: Նշվել է նաև, որ չնայած ստեղծված ծանր իրավիճակին՝ Հայաստանը կարևորում է ժողովրդավարության ամրապնդմանն ուղղված գործողությունների իրականացման շարունակականությունը և ներկայացվել է Համաժողովի գործունեության շրջանակում Հայաստանի կողմից ստանձնած պարտավորությունների իրականացման ընթացքն ու գրանցած արդյունքները:

Փոխնախարար Թումանյանցը նշել է, որ համեմատական ցուցանիշների շարունակական բարելավումների՝ մասնավորապես Համաշխարհային բանկի Կառավարման համաշխարհային ցուցիչի 50 միավորից 60-ի հասնելու համատեքստում ՀՀ Կառավարությունն ընդունել է ՀՀ դատական և իրավական բարեփոխումների 2022-2026 թթ. ռազմավարությունը, ինչպես նաև հանրային կառավարման բարեփոխումների 2022–2024 թթ. ռազմավարությունը:

Երանուհի Թումանյանցը ներկայացրել է նաև Հայաստանում հակակոռուպցիոն ինստիտուցիոնալ բարեփոխումները և դրանց իրականացման արդյունքում գրանցած առաջընթացը, մասնավորապես՝ հայտնել է, որ 2021 թվականին ստեղծվել է Հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտեն, ընդգծել մեկ այլ՝ Կոռուպցիայի կանխարգելման հանձնաժողովի՝ որպես կանխարգելիչ մարմնի ստեղծման կարևորությունը, ինչպես նաև խոսել է Հակակոռուպցիոն դատարանի ստեղծմանն ուղղված աշխատանքների մասին:

Փոխնախարարը նշել է, որ Կառավարության օրակարգում է նաև կլիմայի փոփոխության դեմ պայքարը որպես ժողովրդավարական կառավարման հենասյուն և ներկայացրել ցածր արտանետումներով էներգետիկ ոլորտի և կենսունակ կանաչ տնտեսության ոլորտներում իրականացրած բարեփոխումները: Մասնավորապես նշվել է, որ Հայաստանը առաջընթաց է գրանցել էներգետիկ միջազգային վարկանիշում՝ 127 երկրների շարքում զբաղեցնելով 53-րդ տեղը:
