Ադամ Շիֆը Հայաստանի դեմ Ադրբեջանի ագրեսիան դատապարտող բանաձեւ է ներկայացրել

Կոնգրեսական Ադամ Շիֆը Հայաստանի դեմ Ադրբեջանի ագրեսիան դատապարտող բանաձեւ է ներկայացրել Ներկայացուցիչների պալատ։

«Ադրբեջանը պետք է դադարեցնի հարձակումները եւ ահաբեկի անմեղ հայ քաղաքացիներին, Իսկ ԱՄՆ-ն ու նրա դաշնակիցները պետք է անվերապահորեն դատապարտեն Ադրբեջանի գործողությունները։

Այսօր Կոնգրեսի հայկական հարցերով խմբի համանախագահները բանաձեւ են ներկայացրել բարձրագոչ ուղերձով՝ «Այլեւս ԱՄՆ-ի ոչ մի աջակցություն Ադրբեջանին։ Նա պետք է վճարի իր ագրեսիայի համար»»,- գրել է Շիֆը Twitter-ում։

«Մենք խստորեն դատապարտում ենք ադրբեջանական ուժերի մահաբեր հարձակումները Հայաստանի ինքնիշխան տարածքի վրա։ Ադրբեջանական բռնության այս բացահայտ էսկալացիան ցույց է տալիս, թե որքան լկտի է դառնում Ալիեւի ռեժիմը, երբ նրա չպատճառաբանված ագրեսիային միջազգային հանրությունը խուլ լռությամբ եւ կեղծ երկիմաստություններով է պատասխանում, ինչը թույլ է տալիս Ադրբեջանին շարունակել եւ ընդլայնել իր հարձակումները:

Կոչ ենք անում Բայդենի վարչակազմին եւ Պետդեպարտամենտին միանշանակ դատապարտել Ադրբեջանի գործողությունները եւ անհապաղ դադարեցնել ցանկացած օգնություն Ալիեւի ռեժիմին։ Եվ մենք ամուր կանգնած ենք Հայաստանի եւ Արցախի ժողովրդի կողքին՝ աջակցելով նրանց տարածքային ամբողջականությանը եւ խաղաղության ու ազատության իրավունքին»,- ասվում է կոնգրեսականներ Ադամ Շիֆի, Ֆրենկ Փալոնեի, Գաս Մ. Բիլիրակիսի, Ջեկի Սփեյերի եւ Դեւիդ Գ. Վալադաոյի հայտարարության մեջ:

Նշվում է, որ չնայած Ադրբեջանի կողմից Հայաստանի եւ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի դեմ շարունակվող եւ լավ փաստագրված հարձակողական ուժի կիրառմանը, Պետդեպարտամենտը շարունակում է ռազմական օգնություն տրամադրել Ադրբեջանին՝ հրաժարվելով «Ազատության աջակցության մասին» օրենքի 907-րդ հոդվածից:

Ներկայացված բանաձեւը մասնավորապես՝

դատապարտում է 2022 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 13-ին Հայաստանի եւ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի վրա Ադրբեջանի կողմից իրականացված չպատճառաբանված ռազմական հարձակումը եւ կոչ է անում անհապաղ եւ անվերապահորեն դադարեցնել կրակը,

նախագահ Բայդենին կոչ է անում անհապաղ դադարեցնել Ադրբեջանին տրամադրվող ցանկացած օգնություն՝ համաձայն «Ազատության աջակցության մասին» օրենքի 907-րդ հոդվածի, եւ նախագահ Ալիեւի վարչակազմին հասկացնել, որ Հայաստանի եւ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի վրա հետագա հարձակումները կհանգեցնեն պատժամիջոցների կամ այլ միջոցների,

հաստատում է Միացյալ Նահանգների վճռական աջակցությունը Հայաստանի ինքնիշխանությանն ու տարածքային ամբողջականությանը եւ վճռական հակազդեցությունը միջազգային օրենքների եւ նորմերի կոպտագույն խախտումով Ադրբեջանի ռազմական ագրեսիային,

Ինչպես նաեւ՝

աջակցում է մարդասիրական օգնության ամերիկյան եւ միջազգային ծրագրերին՝ ադրբեջանական ագրեսիայի զոհերի հրատապ կարիքները ինչպես Հայաստանում, այնպես էլ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում հոգալու համար։
