Բրիտանացիները ստիպված են դիմել վճարովի մասնավոր բժշկական ծառայությունների

Միլիոնավոր բրիտանացիներ ստիպված են դիմել վճարովի մասնավոր բժշկական ծառայությունների՝ պետական բժշկական հաստատություններում հսկայական սպասումների պատճառով, ինչի համար ստիպված են պարտքերի մեջ մտնել, հայտնում է Guardian թերթը՝ վկայակոչելով Engage Britain բարեգործական կազմակերպության հետազոտությունը:

«Միլիոնավոր հիվանդներ ստիպված են մասնավոր բժշկական ծառայությունների համար վճարել Առողջապահության ազգային ծառայությում ռեկորդային սպասումների ֆոնին, եւ դրա համար նրանք ստիպված են կրճատել ծախսերը, ծախսել խնայողությունները կամ պարտքերի մեջ մտնել», - գրում է պարբերականը:

Հարցման տվյալներով՝ Մեծ Բրիտանիայի յուրաքանչյուր տասներորդ չափահաս բնակիչը վերջին տարվա ընթացքում դիմել է մասնավոր հատվածի ծառայություններին: Նրանցից ավելի քան 60 տոկոսը պետական բուժհաստատություններում հսկայական հերթերի է բախվել։

Այժմ մոտ 6,8 մլն մարդ պլանային բուժման է սպասում Անգլիայում։ Նրանցից, ովքեր դիմել են մասնավոր կլինիկաներ, 46% - ը ստիպված է եղել կրճատել իր ծախսերը, օգտվել խնայողություններից կամ պարտք վերցնել։

Մեծ Բրիտանիայի առողջապահական համակարգն ամիսներ շարունակ տուժում է բուժաշխատողների սուր պակասից։ Ավելի ու ավելի շատ մարդիկ թողնում են մասնագիտությունը ավելորդ ծանրաբեռնվածության, գների աճի և ավելի բարձր որակավորում ստանալու անկարողության ֆոնին։

Առողջապահության և սոցիալական օգնության կոմիտեի՝ հուլիսին հրապարակված հաշվետվության համաձայն՝ Մեծ Բրիտանիայում պակասում է 12 հազար բժիշկ և ավելի քան 50 հազար բուժքույր ու մանկաբարձ, և բուժանձնակազմի պակաս է նկատվում առողջապահության բոլոր ոլորտներում, գրում է ՌԻԱ Նովոստին։
