Չնայած մեր բազմաթիվ հիմնավոր հերքումներին՝ մեր մրցակից թիմերից մեկը պարբերաբար պնդում է(հավանաբար, դա նախընտրական տակտիկա է), թե իբրև Բյուրեղավան համայնքում «Դեմոկրատական այլընտրանք» ու ԲՀԿ կուսակցությունների ձևավորած «Միասնություն» դաշինքի համայնքապետի թեկնածու, գործող համայնքապետ Հակոբ Բալասյանը քաղաքական հաշվեհարդար է իրականացնում «Արդար Հայաստան» կուսակցության ցուցակով առաջիկա ՏԻՄ ընտրություններում առաջադրված Արմեն Սարգսյանի կնոջ՝ Բյուրեղավանի «ԱՐԵՎ» մանկապարտեզ նախադպրոցական ուսումնական հաստատություն ՀՈԱԿ-ի տնօրեն Էլինա Հայրապետյանի նկատմամբ:

Ավելին, մեր ձեռքի տակ ունենք հիմնավոր փաստ(ստորև ներկայացվում է), թե ինչպես է Բալասյանի մրցակցի(կամ նրա կնոջ կողմից) կողմից մանկապարտեզ նախադպրոցական ուսումնական հաստատությունն(նրա սոցիալական էջը) օգտագործվել ընտրական, քաղաքական նպատակներով, ինչն ոչ միայն ապօրինություն է, այլև կրթական հաստատությունը քաղաքական գործընթացների մեջ ներքաշելու արատավոր երևույթ:

Մեր մրցակիցները փորձում են արհեստական աղմուկի միջոցով քողարկել իրենց կատարած ապօրինությունը, քաղաքական հետապնդման իմիտացիա ստեղծել:
