ՀՀ-ում նվազագույն կենսաթոշակի չափը բարձրացրեց․ սահմանվեց 31 հազար 600 դրամ

Անվճար էլեկտրաէներգիա՞, այո՛, դա միֆ չէ, դա իրականություն է. անցեք ԱՅՍ հղումով, և սեղմեք ԱՅՍՏԵՂ

ՀՀ կառավարությունը համապատասխան որոշմամբ նվազագույն կենսաթոշակի չափը բարձրացրեց՝ սահմանելով 31 հազար 600 դրամ. սա թույլ կտա ապահովել, որ Հայաստանում բացառապես բոլորի թոշակները առնվազն 3000 դրամով բարձրանան: «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ կառավարության սեպտեմբերի 8-ի նիստում  նիստը վարող փոխվարչապետ Համբարձում Մաթևոսյանը ՀՀ աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարար Նարեկ Մկրտչյանին խնդրեց ներկայացնել չզեկուցվող և ընդունված հարցը:

«Ինչպես նախորդ կառավարության նիստի ժամանակ վարչապետը ներկայացրեց, նախատեսում ենք թոշակների բարձրացում մինչև առնվազն 3000 դրամով: Սեպտեմբերի 1-ից բազային կենսաթոշակի չափը սահմանվեց 21 հազար դրամ՝ 18 հազար դրամի փոխարեն: Իսկ նվազագույն կենսաթոշակի չափը 28 հազար 600 դրամի փոխարեն սահմանվեց 30 հազար 500 դրամ: Գործող բանաձևով և օրենքով՝ կենսաթոշակառուների որոշակի խումբ ավելի քիչ էր ստանում, քան 3000 դրամը, և մենք որոշեցինք բարձրացնել՝ նվազագույն կենսաթոշակի չափը հասցնելով 31 հազար 600 դրամի, որը կերաշխավորի, որ բոլոր կենսաթոշակառուները ստանան մեր խոստացած 3000 դրամը: Նախագծի ընդունման արդյունքում 16 հազար 600 կենսաթոշակառուների և 5186 զինկենսաթոշակառուների ու շուրջ 75 հազար նպաստառուների համար սեպտեմբերի 1-ից կավելանան կենսաթոշակն ու նպաստները»,-ասաց Մկրտչյանը:

Այսինքն՝ այն  խումբը, որոնց թոշակը մինչև այս որոշումը սահմանված օրենքով և բանաձևով բարձրացել էր 1900 կամ 2500 դրամով, հոկտեմբերի կենսաթոշակի հետ կստանա մնացած հատվածը:

Իսկ ինչ վերաբերում է 75 հազար նպաստառուներին՝ նախարարը պարզաբանեց, որ նրանք ծերության նպաստ ստացողներն են, որոնց մոտ բարձրացումը տեղի է ունենում ոչ թե Կենսաթոշակառուների մասին օրենքով, այլ Նպաստառուների մասին օրենքով:

«Հետևաբար մենք որոշեցինք, որ նաև պետք է իրենց նպաստը բարձրացնենք, որպեսզի նվազագույն կենսաթոշակի չափին համահունչ լինի: Ընդհանուր առմամբ 97 հազար շահառուի համար սեպտեմբերի 1-ի կավելանան կենսաթոշակն ու նպաստները, որը նրանք կստանան հոկտեմբեր ամսվա թոշակի հետ միասին»,-ներկայացրեց նախարարը:
