ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն այսօր՝ սեպտեմբերի 1-ի նիստում անդրադարձավ նոխօրեին Բրյուսելում Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Ալիեւի հետ կայացած իր հանդիպմանը՝ ԵՄ խորհրդի նախգահ Շառլ Միշելի միջնորդությամբ: Ըստ Փաշինյանի` թեև հանդիպումը ծավալուն էր, սակայն, որևէ նոր համաձայնություն այս հանդիպման արդյունքում ձեռք չի բերվել:

Սակայն, եթե ուշադիր դիտարկենք հանդիպման արդյունքում ԵՄ և ՀՀ կառավարության տարածած հաղորդագրություները, ապա պարզ է դառնում, որ գործ ունենք առնվազն երեք նորությունների հետ, որոնցից և ոչ մեկը չի բխում հայկական կողմի շահերից:

Եվ այսպես, ինչպես հասկանալի է դառնում երեկ կայացած հանդիպման արդյունքներից՝ Հայաստանը և Ադրբեջանն սկսում են խաղաղության համաձայնագրի տեքստի մշակումը: Սա ինքին նշանակում է, որ եթե կնքվի խաղաղության պայմանագիր, ապա Արցախից պետք է դուրս բերվեն ՌԴ խաղաղապահ ուժերը, որոնք այսօր հանդիսանում են ԼՂՀ բնակչության անվտանգության միակ երաշխավորները: Սա քաջ գիտակցում են նաև Մոսկվայում և հենց դրանով էր պայմանավորված ՌԴ ԱԳՆ խոսնակ Մարիա Զախարովայի վերջին և բավական հասցեական մեղադրանքն ուղղված ԵՄ-ին: Հիշեցնենք, որ Զախարովան լուրջ կասկածներ էր հայտնել ԵՄ խաղաղարար նպատակների և մոտիվացիայի հանդեպ:

Երկրորդ ուշագրավ կետը կայանում է նրանում, որ չի օգտագործվում Լեռնային Ղարաբաղ եզրույթը, սա նշանակում է, որ Հայաստանը և անձամբ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը ձեռքերը լվանում են Արցախի սուբյեկտայնության համար պայքարից: Սա էլ իր հերթին նշանակում է, որ թեև հետագայում Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի կարգավիճակի հարցի քննարկումը չի բացառվում, սակայն այդպիսի օրակարգ առաջ բերելը հայկական կողմի համար դառնալու է անչափ բարդ դիվանագիտական խնդիր:

Երրորդ կետը կայանում է նրանում, որ, ըստ էության, թե՛ ԵՄ, թե՛ հայկական կողմի տարածած հաղորդագրություններում չի օգտագործվում ռազմագերի եզրույթը, այն փոխարինված է կալանավորներով: Սա նշանակում է, որ հայկական կողմի համար դժվար է լինելու հետ բերել գերության մեջ գտնող հայ զինծառայողներին և քաղաքացիական անձանց, եթե հայկական կողմը ընդունում է, որ վերջիններս Բաքվում գտնվում են ոչ թե ռազմագերիների, այլ կալանավորների կարգավիճակում:

Ինչպես տեսնում ենք` երեկ կայացած հանդիպումն ունի բավական լուրջ տողատակեր, որոնց մասին Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը նախընտրում է չբարձրաձայնել, քանի որ ակնհայտ է, որ դրանք չեն բխում հայկական կողմի շահերից...
