Բարձրագույն կրթության բնագավառում եւս բարեփոխումների մեկնարկն այլեւս չի կարելի հետաձգել: Այս մասին, այսօր՝ սեպտեմբերի 1-ի նիստում նշեց ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը:

«Ընդունելության քննությունների խայտառակ վիճակագրությունը պետք է ուժեղ ազդակ դառնա դրա համար: Այս տարի բուհական ընդունելության տեղերի շուրջ 60 տոկոսը  թափուր է մնացել: Ընդ որում, պետական բուհերում թափուր է մնացել շուրջ 40 տոկոսը, մասնավոր բուհերում՝ շուրջ 98 տոկոսը: Չնայած կան պետական բուհեր, որոնցում վիճակագրությունը մոտ է մասնավորին:

Մեր բուհերը թե ֆիզիկական ենթակառուցվածքի, թե կրթության մկարդակով հաճախ չեն համապատասխանում միջազգային չափանիշներին: Երկրում կամ չկան բուհական ստանդարտներ, կամ դրանք չեն գործում: Բարձրագույն կրթության դիպլոմով մարդիկ հաճախ անմրցունակ են շուկայում: Այս ոլորտում մենք պատրաստ ենք գնալ բուհերի խոշորացման եւ որոշ գիտահետազոտական ինստիտուտների հետ ինտեգրման ճանապարհով, այնպես, որ ունենանք 8 կոնսոլիդացված պետական բուհ: Այդ բուհերը կհամապատասխանեցվեն միջազգային չափանիշներին»,-ասաց նա:

Փաշինյանը հավելեց, որ արդեն կառավարությունը կողմնորոշվել է ակադեմիական քաղաքի տեղադիրքի հարցում. այն կկառուցվի Արագածոտնի մարզում` Աշտարակ քաղաքում։

«Միավորվող և նորացվող բուհերը ժամանակի ընթացքում կտեղափոխվեն ակադեմիական քաղաք»,– ասաց Փաշինյանը:

«Որեւէ բուհ, որը չի համապատասխանում սահմանված ստանդարտին, մենք գնում ենք եւ ուղղակի այդ ցուցանակը դռան մոտի, որտեղ գրված է բուհ,  հանում ենք, որովհետեւ շատ դեպքերում բացի այդ ցուցանակի ուրիշ բան չկա»,-ասաց վարչապետը:

Նա հավելեց, որ այս ամենին դիմադրություն է լինելու, սակայն եթե հիմա նման որոշումներ չկայացնեն, աղետի առաջ կկանգնենք, այսինքն` հիմա էլ աղետի առաջ ենք։
