Այն վերնագրերը, որոնք ցանկալի էին որոշ լրատվականների համար, նրանք կարողացան ստանալ. Ավինյան

Այո՛, դա քարոզարշավ անելու տեղ չէր։ Այս մասին, այսօր՝ օգոստոսի 31-ին, ԱԺ-ում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում նշեց ՀՀ նախկին փոխվարչապետ, Երեւանի քաղաքապետի թեկնածու Տիգրան Ավինյանը՝ մեկնաբանելով «Սուրմալու» առևտրի կենտրոն այցելելուց հետո իր հասցեին հնչող քննադատությունները։

«Եվ բացարձակապես նման ցանկություն և միտում չկար այդ ամենի մեջ»,- ասաց Ավինյանը՝ հավելելով, որ լրագրողն իրեն երեք անգամ հարցրել է ՔՊ-ի կողմից Երեւանի քաղաքապետի թեկնածու լինելու մասին, ինչն ինքը հաստատել է:

«Բայց այն վերնագրերը, որոնք ցանկալի էին որոշ լրատվականների համար, նրանք կարողացան ստանալ: Շատ դեպքերում, մենք բովանդակությունը թողած, քլիքվող վենրագրերի հետեւից ենք ընկնում եւ այդտեղ շատ բան է կորում»,-ասաց նա:

Անդրադառնալով ԱԺ-ում իր մասնակցած քննարկմանը, որը վերաբերում էր հրավառություններն արգելող նախագծին, Ավինյանն ասաց, որ հարցը վերաբերում է ձևավորված կենցաղային սովորույթները փոխելուն։

«Հարցը մշակութաբանական է: Մենք պետք է որոշենք` մեզ համար ընդունելի՞ է, որ կնունքներին, հարսանիքներին, ծնունդներին մարդիկ կազմակերպում են հրավառություն` ի հաշիվ այն բնակչության, որ ապրում է այդ շրջակայքում, որովհետև այդ մարդիկ ո՛չ այդ կնունքի մասնակիցն են, ո՛չ հարսանիքի, ո՛չ ծնունդի։ Իրենց տանը հանգիստ քնած են, մեկ էլ` գը՛մփ։ Հիմա պետք է հասկանանք` մենք ուզո՞ւմ ենք, որ այդ տեսակ բիզնեսը լինի»,-ասաց նա:

Ավինյանը միաժամանակ նաև պարզաբանեց, որ օրենքի ընդունմամբ այդ բիզնեսը ոչ թե վերանալու է, այլ կանոնակարգվելու ու վերահսկվելու, հրավառություններն էլ թույլատրվելու են միայն կոնկրետ միջոցառումների ժամանակ։

«Այդտեղ շատ կոնկրետ դետալներ կան, որ պետք է քննարկել, մասնավորապես` հրավառության որ տեսակներն են թույլատրելի, որոնք` չէ։ Որովհետև կան տեսակներ, որոնք իրոք անձայն են, ավտանգ են»,- ասաց նա։

Հիշեցնենք`«Սուրմալու» առևտրի կենտրոնում տեղի ունեցած պայթյունից 3 օր անց` օգոստոսի 17-ին, «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցության վարչության անդամ, ՀՀ նախկին փոխվարչապետ Տիգրան Ավինյանն այցելել էր դեպքի վայր։

Նա ասել էր, որ ողբերգությունը առիթ է պայթուցիկ նյութերի պահպանման կանոններն ու հրավառությունների կազմակերպման մշակույթը վերանայելու մասին մտածելու համար։ Ավինյանը հիշեցրել էր, որ մեկ տարի առաջ`` 2021թ-ին, կառավարությունն օրենսդրական առաջարկ էր ներկայացրել, որով գրեթե սահմանափակվում էր հրավառության միջոցների օգտագործումը մասնավոր միջոցառումների ժամանակ, բայց օրենքի ընդունումը հետաձգվել էր` հաշվի առնելով գործարար համայնքի շահերը։

Լրագրողների հարցին ի պատասխան Ավինյանը նաև ասել էր, որ «Սուրմալուի» տարածք է եկել որպես ՔՊ վարչության անդամ ու Երևանի քաղաքապետի ապագա թեկնածու։
